Ya, funny enough the Wild were always blacked out on NHL.TV in Milwaukee but not the Blackhawks (unless nationally televised).

In terms of the new arena in Milwaukee, it was built as basketball-first, unlike the Bradley Center it replaced. It's not quite as bad as the Barclays Center in Brooklyn for hockey but it's not great. Here's a picture of a college hockey tournament that was held there this past winter.

The upper bowl won't be tarped off for the NHL preseason game but as you can see, the end seats will still need to be retracted to fit the rink.

Fantastic! It's about time we start seeing throwbacks on Thanksgiving again.

New turf is in at Camp Randall Stadium. Only real change seems to be the thicker out of bounds line which I assume was done purely to display "Barry Alvarez Field". Also, you can see a bit of the progress of the south endzone renovations.

Can you expand on what you mean by this? Although I personally like the People's Flag, I actually don't know much about its creation.

The Avalanche originally had a yeti as a mascot, hence the bigfoot secondary logo.

I do like how the Cup is much more front and center. I think my only issues with the redesign is it looking like the VGK crest and where the numbers for the year are placed.

Messi signing with PSG is not my ideal scenario.

Even if Price waives his NMC in order to be exposed, I can't imagine Seattle would be wanting to take on his contract without some extra incentives from Montreal.

As @the admiral already pointed out, there's no way Foley gets fired over that. If you've watched a Hawks game, you'll know that Pat (and Eddie) make dumb jokes all the time and all in good fun. Obviously, this one was a bit insensitive and it's good that he apologized but it doesn't need to be made into anything more than that. Best for all parties to just move on.

Now, if he continues to make similar insensitive jokes, then that's a different story and the proper consequences will have to happen at that time.

If I had to guess, I would say that the animated Pixar film "Coco" has played a part in the holiday's recent popularity.
