They come blank, and the company I've ordered them from doesn't do customization. They did, however, recommend a business out of Loves Park, IL. They're called Exclusive Pro Sports and as you can see they do what appears to be bona fide authentic customizations.My Oakland A's Tim Hudson road jersey should be arriving in the mail any day now.
