It's at once too busy and too plain. The vest doesn't do anything for me. Red sleeves, nice idea, but the vest is too plain. Then the pants have a blue stripe. Why? There is no striping on the vest, just red sleeves.

The DC on the hat is fine, although at home the team really should have a W. The DC works much better on the road, when the team wears the name "Washington" on their chests. But the two-tone cap is a no-no. For one thing, red cap with blue bill just doesn't look good. All that bright red overwhelms the blue bill and the hat just looks funny. Just look at the early-1980s Twins. Uuuuuugly. But you can't really turn the colors around, because then you just have a Braves cap with a different logo.

Anyway, your concept has some potential as an alternate, like a Sunday afternoon home uniform, but first it needs some tweaking. Like making the pants match the shirt.
