Green Bay - Near the border, Canadians would drive down to watch it

Green Bay is a city of 90,000 people. It's on the national sports radar exclusively because of the NFL's progressive foresight to share revenues so that all teams could compete on a level playing field. To imply that they'd be a viable NHL market over any Canadian city (save Toronto and Montreal) or several other US cities is ridiculous.

This is true. Besides, Green Bay is a one-team town.
