Taylor as a GM lacked the grit and decisiveness he had as a player, and the squad has been a hopeless mess on special teams as well as very simple things like PASSING. A good hockey man like Lombardi should spark a turnaround, and they need a coach that can connect with the core of promising young players we have like Cammalleri and Frolov - maybe Paul Maurice from Toronto Marlies before the leafs promote him to replace Quinn. We are also desperate for an actual goalie - I'd suggest Roberto Luongo backed up by Andrew Raycroft. When Kelly Hrudey has been your best goaltender in 15 years, you have a problem.
