Ty Law's Pro Bowl Selections

Yeah, I realize this topic is kinda out of left-field, but I thought I'd ask. Does anyone know exactly how many Pro Bowls Ty Law has been voted to (including any that he didn't play in, although he may have played in every one he was selected to; I have no clue), and the years (the seasons for which the games were held, not the actual calendar years of the Februaries that they were held in)? Several sources on the web give conflicting information about this. It's a little bit frustrating that there isn't really a good resource out there that has Pro Bowl rosters and where anyone could just look this up.
