Waffles Posted December 4, 2003 Share Posted December 4, 2003 Anyone else catch the Syracuse-St. Bonnie game tonight?It's hard to see in this shot, but Marques Green's shorts weren't short at all...they went halfway down his ankles. They looked like capris...really awful.Are there prescribed lengths in the NCAA as far as shorts go? Weren't some NBAers fined once for having their shorts too long?
