* It really is quite an anomaly as to how the Bears can have numbers and stripes on their sleeves.

I think the Bears might be close to having to move their numbers to the shoulders; they have shrunk down the size of the stripes over the years, but most players only have 2 of the 3 stripes on the sleeve itself and have the lower stripe on the sleeve cuff - a notable exception being Kyle Orton, who wears somewhat longer sleeves without cuffs and therefore has all 3 stripes on the sleeve material itself.
