NJTank
I began my career with the Mets in 1967, making it up to the majors for good a year later while finishing second in Rookie of the Year balloting. I was a key member of the Miracle Mets winning 2 games in the World Series. I would end up being one of the final member of that miracle team to leave as I was traded to the Twins following the 1978 season for a minor league reliever who just recently retired. Any way back to me I played with the Twins until midseason 1981 when I was delat to the White Sox. After 2 and half seasons in Chicago I signed with the Phillies wrapping up my career in 1985.Who Am I? Bonus: Who was the minor league reliever I was traded for, and what do we have in common in Mets history other then being traded for each other. www.sportsecyclopedia.com For the best in sports history go to the Sports E-Cyclopedia at http://www.sportsecyclopedia.com
