That is really frickin' awesome! My only suggestion would be to get rid of the random piping on the front of hte jersey, and use the helmet stripe on the shoulders.

There's a lot of oversights here. From an execution standpoint, you've got a black facemask on the helmet by itself, but it's grey on the player. I'm also confused by the white cuffs on the black jersey, since it's nowhere else to be found on the major components.

From a legibility standpoint, I think you'd run in to issues with the numbers on both sets. Generally, it's good to have a number color that isn't the same as the jersey.

I like the pant stripe, though, and I think you should run with that style for the shoulders. They don't really jive, IMO.

White numbers on a white jersey would not be allowed. By rule, numbers are supposed to be a contrasting color.
