When I asked some other OU friends about it I was told the wings on the U were really common in the 70s.I don't ever remember seeing that... the italics paperclip of the mid-70s to early 90s and the rounder, thinner-lettered paperclip from the 60s and earlier, but never this.My thought is this may be unofficial/counterfeit. Up until the mid 90s (arrival of President Boren and Joe Castiglione as AD) Oklahoma was terrible when it came to controlling or benefiting from their licensing.
