Getting CCM jerseys produced?

I was wondering if anyone can clarify this for me. The other day I was at a pro image sports in Newmarket, ON. While looking at jerseys they had a large amount of Toronto St.Pats jerseys. Which weren't there weeks earlier. I know those jerseys are not often produced anymore so, I asked where they obtained them from and if they were producing them again. He said that they split an order of them with the HHOF and that they will produce any jersey for you so long as you order atleast 100 of them.

This got me thinking if 100 people got together would CCM produce the Burger King or Wild Wing jersey? Would they make a Cleveland Barons throwback? Can anyone clarify this process for me if they know?
