Brick Posted April 4, 2003 Share Posted April 4, 2003 I found these on TESS. This was the logo of the 1991 Washington campaign for an expansion team when the Rockies and the Marlins were added. DAJackson7 Posted April 4, 2003 Share Posted April 4, 2003 I also remember Orlando and Portland having bids for what turned out to be the Rockies/Marlins expansion, but also Phoenix and Tampa were in there as well, i was wondering what their ideas where at that time, i think the Tampa was the SunRays with Bob Boone as manager or something along those lines, anyone else know?
