Notre Dame is a great example how effed up collegiate football is. They have their own MAJOR television network and they seem to pick and choose who and where they play. I hope they suck for a decade and finally have to play by everyone else's rules. For years I had no opinion about ND (minus the ridiculous NBC deal,) yet now I find myself openly rooting against them.
While I was torn for many years, I clearly see the NFL as the better league now. There's a lot to be said for structure over style points, polls and Lee Corso.
Still love the Longhorns, but I care about the Cowboys a lot more.

All things Nats should be a navy base with red trim and gold beveling. Any comparisons to the Braves, who have a pretty equal balance between navy and red, would be superficial at best.
Oh, and the DC hat, of course. No curly W. Curly W blows.
Agreed. And that Soriano look was their best road look.

I compare it to Johnny Damon when it comes to KC, BOS, and NY. Could make an argument for all 3.
Don't forget Damon's time in Detroit and Oakland too.
well you can't make an argument for those clubs, or the Rays. So that's why I didn't include them.
Classic Yankee's fan ^^.

Is 100x better than
I sort of agree. I like the navy better too, and I think the powder blues are great as a twice a year alt.

I detest the Fouts-era Chargers uniforms, and actually like their current set (minus the number font.) I also dislike Dan Fouts in general, but I'm not sure if that is an unpopular opinion or not.

Need a little help on this one. ESPN's ff site calls it "Lincoln, " but I've had zero luck on myfonts. Any ideas?
As always, thanks in advance!
it is LHF (Letterhead Fonts) Lincoln, check out their site
Many thanks! I've bookmarked the site.

I like the Dallas Cowboy's uniforms the way they are.

It makes sense in terms of the Big Ten reaching new markets and Texas joining an elite academic conference, but you know where it doesn't make sense?
1. Location, which coincides with
2. Non-Revenue Sports
The traveling the non-football and basketball teams would be doing would end up being very costly. And if that happens, you can expect some of those sports to get the ax. That's where I see the major pitfall in all this
Amen.

I want no part of this. Nothing against the Big Ten whatsoever, but I like seeing teams in my region on a regular basis. I have friends and family etc. that have ties to Tech, Baylor, Gigem U and so on. I know the almighty dollar rules all in college football (hell, in life period), but the backlash UT would get due to this decision would make the powers that be rethink it. Leave it alone.

I don't understand having rings unless it's for the champion. Maybe that's just me.

Did someone post the all-star number font? If so, I missed it.

Any ideas on this?
the dreaded bumperoo
Looks like a mix of different styles of Bodega Sans, with some editing on certain characters. Mostly Bodega Sans, with the "S" being from Bodega Sans Light.
Thanks!
