It can't be Toronto without assurances that their vax requirement won't be in place, and while 2024 is two years away, given the still-fluid nature of this thing, it would be tough to take that risk - at least not without having a plan B ready to go.  Colorado worked out pretty well last year, but a situation like that is far from ideal.

Other than people wanting their hometown in the spotlight, I honestly don't know why anyone cares where the game is.  I get why some people look forward to the game and get into it (though I stopped caring about it 20 years ago) but I don't know why the venue matters.

When I was a kid - back before I had cable and when the only time I ever saw AL players and AL stadiums was in baseball cards or the World Series - I always looked forward to the ASG to get to see the uniforms and the different parks.  But now, when you can see any player at any time in any stadium - I just don't know if any part of AS Week matters.

Yea once that fix I could see the Blue Jays hosting maybe 2025

ESPN's NFL package is rough right now. They like to use helmets in the imagery, almost all having the wrong colored facemask. The flags with metallic on them are cool until they disintegrate in the wind, then it's not great, which they definitely do during the draft. I also don't understand the obsession with altering the logos, why do they have to add the bubbling effect? And why do the NBA ones have to be 3D? It just doesn't add anything but make the logos look goofy. There's ways to apply them to add more than just the base logo, but it doesn't have to go all ridiculous.

FOX needs to stop with the cartoons. It was fun the first time, but ever since then they just look bad. Why can't they just use a picture of the person? Newer viewers don't know what these people look like, especially in NASCAR and Football where they wear helmets.

As for NASCAR, yikes is coming. I don't understand the need for it to be all patriotic in stars and stripes. Simple is nice, and NASCAR has actually done a real good job in their branding, why can't they adopt similar design elements to the broadcast?

ESPN MNF need new graphics Pronto won't surprised me if they do now that few games will be simulcast on ABC

In the broken record category, NBC's still not converting to the SNF graphics full time as the EPL starts with the usual graphics.

Did NBC spend all that time and energy on a package to only be used on NFL telecasts or are they just taking their sweet time to implement it to everything else? Not that it's a bad thing as both look great and are better than their big 4 counterparts, just odd how they've done this rollout given in the past they do them all at the same time

Think they did and since FOX now doing Thursday Night Football they could've used the TNF graphic. The new SNF graphic would've been perfect for NHL

The one that's sitting up top like always or the ones that show before/after commercials?

By the way, the special graphics they use in the Final is beautiful, even though it's based on the old/current NBC set

I like it too hope it not just for the Stanley Cup I would love to see the graphics next season on NBC

Recently I came across an article about NBC losing the AFC which stated that Dick Ebersol refused to keep anything on the screen because people wouldn't stay tuned if they always knew the score. That mentality made it all the way to 1997.

That's true NBC didn't do that until 2003 with Arena Football
