  1. I have a fake majestic and a real majestic, no bs there is no difference. I have no doubts there are terrible fakes out there. I have a good connection and the quality is solid, not perfect but still very good.
  2. Once again not my probem. Especially when they're being forced against their will to work. That sounds like a problem with their government, being an American citizen there is little I can do to prevent that. Except most counterfeits aren't even close to identical. Furthermore, you can't solve the world's problems by yourself, but you could stop contributing to human rights issues in third-world countries by not buying counterfeits. You should write to the NFL and inform them that their ridiculous mark up is causing all these problems to these poor countries. Thanks for passing judgement on my eternal soul. None of mine are falling apart and I have had one of them for 7 years. I go to several sporting events a year and never had someone say a word. It looks you community is either a very small minority or too scared to confront someone who offends you, most likely both.
  3. I think I am much more likely to receive a speeding ticket than be busted for buying fake jerseys. Plus I am helping those poor factory kids get some money, if we all stopped buying where would they work? It seems like you are looking down upon these unfortunate souls. You realize that they receive little to none of that money right? But of course as long as the child that can't get an education due to being forced to work in a sweatshop 16 hours a day for little to no money gets a little bit, everything is right with the world. You are a disgrace. So I should care about every single impoverished child in the entire world, give me a break. It's unfortunate that we have third world countries but it is not my fault. I cannot solve the worlds problems but I can save a cool $250 on an almost identical authentic.
  4. From who? If people get laughed at for wearing fake Jordans or fake Rolexes, I'm sure you get laughed at for wearing fake jerseys. Next time I wear one and someone gives me a compliment I will get their email address for you. The difference is I admit that I am wearing a fake when someone asks, I like them better than a replica, and I refuse to give the blood sucking leagues any more money. Really? How come there's never any noticeable improvement in wages and conditions in the sweatshops that make the fakes? After all, all the money people spend on illegal goods MUST be going to a good cause, right? Then they should get a different job.

  6. I get compliments on all my fakes, and if someone laughed at me for that I would laugh at them for caring. It would be a laughfest!!
  7. No, the bottom line is that you're a pompous, selfish, egotistical windbag who doesn't know when to quit. I've been called worse. I'm sure you are a model citizen who has never done wrong.
  8. Why do you think we exported our factories overseas? It is cheaper to produce items in other countries because they do not pay their workers fair wages. I feel no shame in buying a jersey for $30. If the NFL was smart they would charge within reason and then I would stop but for now I am not. I doubt the feds are going to go after someone who buys 50 jerseys a year. If they do then god bless them on their crusade.
  9. The bottom line is people will continue to buy from China, and nothing will happen to us. We will not be banned from stadiums/arenas, the feds aren't going to kick my door down. The only people that care are you idiots, and none of you will do anything but whine on these boards. I don't condone people in the states ordering these and making money off the sales. I buy for my friends but do not charge anything over what I pay.
  10. Why would I admit to knowing it was counterfeit if I was busted?
  11. It is not illegal to purchase and I do not sell the jerseys, I give them away to my friends after they lose $30 to me in a friendly poker game
  12. During the 90's, I cheered for the Hartford Whalers because they were the closest team. When they left, I became a Bruins fan and I know a lot about their team's history. Don't generalize, dick. And I don't have a $300 jersey because I don't have a sense of entitlement to one just because I root for a specific team. I can't afford the marketprice. Plain and simple. You brought up my allegiance to the Bills as some sort of negative, I pointed out the fact that a large part of Bostons fanbase are front running idiots. If you do not want to be called out then do not bring it up.
  13. Might want to revisit this bit of info from a shop owner in my town who "got jerseys" for other guys... http://www.justice.gov/usao/mn/press/apr022.pdf Hope that works out well for you I don't make any money off selling the jerseys, my friends pay what I pay. I just do the ordering. The case you referenced is irrelevant to me, I don't make a nickel off my friends, and I do not operate any sort of store. I am not doing anything illegal.
  14. Then the workers should complain to the leagues that jack up the prices or get a new job. I have the money to buy real ones but I choose not to.
  15. I could care less about the negative implications of buying counterfeit jerseys and unlike Boston fans we stick by our teams no matter what. I wonder who you rooted for during the 90's considering Boston fans are by far the biggest bandwagon fans I have ever encountered. A typical Boston fan doesn't know about their teams histories. But hey you paid $300 for that jersey so you must be a real fan.
  16. I was directed to this thread by one of the guys I get jerseys for, we both think you are all hilarious. I have several china jerseys and they have all stood up to multiple washes and look great for the price. I feel no shame depriving the leagues of my money in this case. I go to several games a year, pay for center ice, sunday ticket ect... The way players change teams and teams change designs I will continue to do this.
  17. I read through most of this thread and I wanted to let you guys know that I love ordering jerseys from China. I just placed a 20 jersey order this evening and as I ordered each one I thought of you idiots. I can afford to buy the authentic crap the leagues put out but why would I when only the biggest nerds out there would notice any differences. Also I would advise against talking to someone wearing a fake, none us care, and if you bothered me at a game I would probably dump my beer on you. I am a Bills season ticket holder and if they didn't let me in the stadium because I was wearing a fake I would cancel all 4 of my seats immediately. I am sure they would rather take my $2000+ each year then worry about what the hell I am wearing.
