I guess Brazil walked back those local regulations, since the Eagles have announced three other alternate games and don't have any alternate slots left.

I think we're more likely to get black leggings for the Panthers and navy leggings for the Titans. I also have no faith in the Broncos to wear contrasting pants and socks.

Since Commies/Bucs is an early-season Florida game and temperature is the biggest concern, I think the Commies wear white pants.

I'd be very disappointed if the Lions don't go with blue/silver for the new uniform's debut.

Did you see a black jersey game announced for the Eagles or where is this third game aside from the two kelly green ones?

The league did confirm that green is fine for Brazil.

Jaguars say their throwbacks will "debut" against the Colts in Week 5, which generally implies that they will be worn a second time. The Vikings and Seahawks did something similar last season with their throwbacks, announcing only the first game. I also don't think they would be done with it that early in the season. Could end up seeing the black jersey for the London game in Week 7 and then the throwback again for one of these games:

    Week 10 vs. MIN

    Week 13 vs. HOU

    Week 15 vs. NYJ

Miami has a pretty strong uniform schedule.  The blue seems to be a home only option at the moment.  For example, below is June 2024's calendar.

    Home Monday-Thursday - White

    Home Friday - Black

    Home Saturday - City Connect

    Home Sunday - Blue

Road games seem to utilize gray or black based on the opponents choice.  Mets wore white pinstripes from 11-13th, Nationals wore City Connect/City Connect/white from the 14-16th, KC wore white/white/light blue for the 24-26th, and Phillies went throwback/City Connect/cream/cream from the 27-30th.

The blue is strictly a Sunday home game jersey, which is not enough. It was originally supposed to be worn for any home day game, but that only lasted one week for some reason.

It deserves to be a road option as well. Several teams have multiple color jerseys worn both at home and on the road (Mariners, Astros, Orioles, Diamondbacks, Rays, Blue Jays, Royals, etc.) I never got why some teams only wear certain jerseys at home while others can wear them wherever.

This weekend was my first time seeing the Marlins updated uniforms since they fixed the illegible black on black.

Improvement, but I think blue numbers with a white outline would've looked a lot better and given more color from a distance. On the TV angle they just looked like a black and white team.

I will never understand why a Florida-based team prefers a black jersey over their aqua/blue color jersey.

The Rams, Jets, and Bears in their white throwback jerseys do. The first two early in the season. Don't know if it was a one time thing, but if it continues, the Cardinals might join in on the all white for Christmas time. If Arizona repeats what they did last year against the 49ers, they could wear the all white at home when hosting Seattle.

I think it would be Week 15 vs. New England. That’s when it was last season.

They had action green posters up in the background at the 2024 media day photoshoots, it's still in the rotation but we'll see if and when they wear it

2009 set looked so dull compared to these

I suppose this would be tolerable and break up the green/yellow between them and Green Bay, but I feel like mono green is the go-to now that green is likely only for one game, as in 2023:

I’m guessing the Seahawks will wear neon green for the Packers game since that is the only other primetime home game they have. Last year the throwbacks were worn twice and guessing that they will want to spread the throwback jersey games out a bit that basically leaves them with the option of week 11 vs Cardinals, week 12 at Jets if they go wah, week 15 vs Vikings, or week 16 at bears TNF if they go with white throwbacks or orange.

The neon green would look terrible against Green Bay. Is that definitely still around? I heard a rumor it was getting mothballed. The throwback would look awesome against either the Packers or Vikings.

Seattle did wear neon the last three times they hosted the Vikings.

Seahawks confirm throwbacks week 6 vs 49ers on TNF

haven't analyzed this article in depth but there may be other uniform hints somewhere in here

I sorta did and they didn’t really specify any other ones, although it seems like one of their alternates will also be worn for the Packers game. They showed photos of fans in green and royal blue jerseys.

    White/black was a cool experiment

I remember the Jets did it for a random Thursday night game at Indy in 2021. And yes, I suppose as a ONE-TIME THING, it would've been an okay experiment., but then the Eagles went and tried the exact same combo literally a week later, which is the opposite of cool. And as you said, it has been overdone since then by both teams. At least the Jets hopefully seem to be sticking with traditional combos now, and the Eagles only wore it once last season at the Jets, which actually sort of made sense.

I think the sweet spot is 3 jersey options and 3 pant options with the ability to tastefully mix and match, so you have 9 total combos but not all of them are worn. This isn't a reasonable expectation for most NFL teams but the Ravens do it well, and teams like the Jets, Eagles, and Broncos use a similar formula.

The Jets and Eagles may use a similar formula, but the black pants were never  intended to be paired with other jerseys for obvious reasons.

  11. Eagles also posted their combos for some reason. White over black seems to be extremely popular among those who commented, which is shocking since fans on social media generally have great taste.

This looks better than the new uniforms. TV numbers, contrasting pants, a stripe that goes to the front of the helmet, and non-white socks make a huge difference. No one has been able to explain why the new helmet stripe is on the back 40% of the helmet.

3 Keys to Denver Broncos' Offensive Line Turning the Corner in 2021 - Sports Illustrated Mile High Huddle: Denver Broncos News, Analysis and More

The team wore white socks with this combo last season. Plus the contrasting pant situation also hasn't changed. They can wear orange on white or orange on navy (both contrasting), and all-orange has been around for years as the Color Rush.

TV numbers and better helmet stripe are the only elements that apply here.

I do like this color combo, as well as black pants on the road. But the piping is definitely ugly. Back in the Standard Definition era it was easier to ignore the piping

This color combo is why I was okay with the now-retired gradient uniform. The Falcons used to be a black and red team and are now a 90% black 10% red team. I also miss the red jersey numbers on the white jerseys like this set had.

Titans original look but in reverse. They used to wear the white pants only with the navy jersey, and the navy pants with the white jersey. Then they added the powder blue jersey, then pants, then started pairing them all over the place. Ruined the look imo.

I feel like the Titans' brand was never really good enough to be ruined. The light blue jerseys/pants added some life to that set if anything. The only thing made worse by the mixing and matching was when they started pairing the navy pants with the navy jersey.

^This was a solid look though. Never cared for the reverse (white over navy). Columbia pants worked way better with the white jerseys.
