  1. The Chargers powder blue uniform is the worst current alternate in the NFL. I don't get the love for it. On the same subject of alternate uniforms, I wish more teams went with grey alternates. Currently, I think the Seahawks are the only team to do so. The Raiders, Redskins, and Saints are three teams off the top of my head that could pull it off. It's obvious the Raiders can, but for reference on the Redskins and Saints: Iowa State/Redskins: Colorado/Saints: (Swap the gray helmet with gold)
  2. THIS: Is a great look. This unpopular opinion is geared more towards the pairing of the helmet to the rest of the uniform. Somehow it works. I'd love for the Redskins to form a look around the stripeless grey facemasked helmets and this uniform is a great start.
  3. Is it an unpopular opinion to think all navy is the Titans best look?
  4. It is an unpopular opinion for a reason...
  5. thin yellow/thin white/thick yellow/thin white/thin yellow Why not just make the two white stripes a little bit thicker and the middle yellow stripe thinner?
  6. What I meant was the placement of white in the stripes is odd
  7. Aside from the color rush uniform worn this past Sunday, the Steelers current uniform set is terrible. Maybe it's that number font or the unnecessary use of white in the stripes, but the set is just bad.
  8. I would welcome this LA Rams uniform set: Home- Navy & Yellow (yellow horns on helmet) Away- Navy & White (white horns on helmet) Alternate- Yellow Color Rush
  9. I actually really like the Minnesota Wild identity. Easily the best "singular" named sports team beating out Miami Heat, Utah Jazz, Oklahoma City Thunder, Tampa Bay Lightning, Chicago Fire.
  10. The Browns current uniform set isn't as bad as people think.
  11. For football, NFL and College, the simpler the uniform the better the team looks.
  12. The Redskins helmet minus the stripes and a grey facemask look great.
  13. For the most part, a lot of NFL teams could pull off grey alternate uniforms. Whether it's light or dark grey.
  14. IF the Rumble Ponies Boxer is put on a hat, which I'd bet will happen, I might get it.
  15. Also, the Eagles uniform set is fine. Only thing that should be changed is a better number font and a better woodmark. The midnight green is better than the kelly green so many people want to be brought back.
  16. For what they are, the Atlanta Falcons uniform set is great.
  17. I really like Iowa State's gray uniforms
  18. I think a lot of NFL teams would look better with Satin or Matte finished helmets. Redskins, Saints, Chiefs, even the Ravens come to my mind. I think I have this opinion due to the growing trend of the satin/matte finished helmets. I almost don't like regularly finished helmets anymore.
  19. Playing Madden 17 on Xbox One and you can choose any number for your created player to wear. I chose to be a QB and #25. I love this.
  20. I put this in the CFL Uniform Thread, but I might as well put it here... I actually really like the BC Lions uniform set. A little black in the away uniform wouldn't hurt, but it's still unique without.
  21. Very unpopular opinion: I'm actually starting to like the Tampa Bay Buccaneers uniforms
  22. Watch some CFL games and you'll see it regularly.
  23. As much as I'd love that because it makes a TON more sense than Dallas in the East, heated rivalries have already been well established and you can't mess with that. Dallas in the East makes as much sense as Atlanta in the NFC West from 1970-2001.
  24. I actually wouldn't mind WRs number range be expanded to 10-29,80-89. That or just do 20-29,80-89. Leave 10-19 to QBs and K/P. Something about a WR jersey number in the 20s just looks awesome.
  25. 40-59 are the best number choices for linebackers. Especially 40-49. 90-99 not so much. Leave that to the defensive line. One good example is Vic Beasley Jr. NFL rules state linebackers can choose numbers 40-59 & 90-99, but teams and players can get around this rule and go even lower with number choice. Recently, there have been a few "hybrid" defensive players. Typically Safeties switching to Linebackers. Examples of these are: Deone Bucannon (Cardinals LB/S #20 (he has also previously worn #36)) Su'a Cravens (Redskins S #36 but has been playing LB a lot in preseason) Personally, I really hope extends the number choice for LBs to 30-59 & 90-99
