    Full disclosure- I do like this set. I don’t love it though. It’s definitely lacking in a a couple areas, but much like the newest Jacksonville set, with the right combinations it’s a really good set overall. I feel as though we collectively see it as “meh” or “mid ” because we watched all 9 players come out in monochrome looks and the team didn’t offer any insight into mixing and matching.

    It’s weird, we’re entering an era of redesigns where it seems like home and away uniforms don’t exactly line up design wise with each other. First the Rams (pre-white), then Washington, and now Arizona. Although at least the Cardinals have relatively recent precedence. Speaking of the latter two, can’t wait to watch the Washington Cardinals vs Arizona Commanders game this season.

    The helmet part seems to be the truest part. A few days ago, I suggested an “eggshell-like” design with the specks while @BBTV suggested a slightly different design. @TruColor then acknowledged one of us was on the right track. Seems like my guess held up.

    The new set is basically a modern version of this. The stripes, the lack of stripe on the red jersey, the facemask being grey/silver. All nearly the same details

    Washington unveiled their uniforms in monochrome yet decided to switch it up a couple times. It’ll happen.

    I dig these. White and black are a hit, IMO. Red is a big whiff. I understand trying to replicate their older uniform by going stripeless, but it just messes up the entire set

    At the beginning of last season, I noticed the Cardinals Twitter header featured a single football player in full pads and helmet wearing 24 and it was most definitely not who actually wore 24 for the team. It was odd because the uniform didn’t match the regular 2022 uniform and it was much better quality than the practice jersey.

    I believe next year is at least Houston, Detroit, and potentially Denver right? Anyway, this isn’t the thread for that. I have a feeling the unveiling will leave this board and it’s members just absolutely numb.
