    I’d be fine with the Dolphins pulling a Tampa Bay and giving a previous uniform, in this case the throwback, a facelift. Update the logos a smidge. Hell, get an orange uniform in the mix again.

    I’m fairly certain Adam Sandler has an ongoing theme in his movies where he regularly wears at least one college sports related t-shirt. Hell, in Grown-Ups alone he wore 7 shirts belonging to major New England Universities. In the water park scene he even wears a Hartford Whalers shirt In Big Daddy, he wears a few iterations of Syracuse shirts-

    I’m glad I didn’t pay much attention to the draft beyond Washington’s 1st round pick because I’m absolutely positive at least 10-15 guys were called “physical specimens” by the commentators. That phrase gives me the biggest sports ick. The :censored: are we doing referring to dudes in their early 20s as “specimens”?

    Last night, the Vikings drafted WR Jordan Addison who is from Frederick, MD. This was the first time in 50(!) years a player from Frederick had been drafted in the 1st Round*. The last player was RB Chuck Foreman in 1973 who was draft by… the Minnesota Vikings. A few picks later, DT Bryan Bresee was drafted by the Saints. He graduated from Damascus High School in Montgomery County, MD. However he originally attended high school in Frederick, MD as well. *- The next closest player from Frederick, MD was RT Rob Havenstein who was taken in the 2nd Round (57) of the 2015 NFL Draft by the Rams.
