For context and backstory, “littlemann17” / AJ Rodriguez is a disabled Twitch streamer who, two years ago while playing MLB The Show proclaimed he “can’t escape Cedric Mullins” while playing the game. Well, on Sunday the two finally met in real life- On Monday night, home run ball collector and renowned dickbag Zack Hample snagged a homer hit by Cedric and mockingly proclaimed “I’m the Mullins guy tonight”-

Probably an unpopular opinion, but throwbacks should always be worn against division rivals or longstanding conference rivals. Also, alternate uniforms like Washington’s all black, Seattle’s wolf grey, Cincy’s all white, and Cleveland’s all brown should be worn in matchups that, historically, don’t matter. -

Up in the CFL, the Calgary Stampeders are assigning retired numbers for preseason as well as putting a patch on the jersey with the retired player’s name. This is something I’ve always wished NFL teams would do-

The only reason the black uniform seems to exist is probably because of this last minute change, correct? From my understanding, alternate uniforms have to use a color that is within the primary uniforms. I mean, the “CARDINALS” is in black, but even that’s a stretch.
