    Baltimore was intended to host the ASG in 2016. As in pen on paper, but San Diego swooped in last second because “SoCal Vibes” or whatever. I wouldn’t be saying “shafted” if that never happened.

    The finalists for host of the 2025 ASG are Atlanta, Baltimore, Toronto, and Wrigley. I have a strong feeling Baltimore is going to get shafted over again (2016) and the game gets placed in Wrigley.

    Baltimore leads the MLB in consecutive series without being swept at 67. The last time was May 13-15, 2022 against the Tigers. The next closest is Texas with 20 consecutive unswept series.

    Funny how that stuff works out. Packers are still using rippon jerseys. I wonder if they’ll ever be pressured into switching to Nike’s actual jerseys. Teams have all the power to choose what to carry over. Probably more so because Nike doesn’t give a :censored: about the pants. Props to Las Vegas for doing just that.

    Spire City (gonna take time to get used to that) has a Sunday Teal Alt. The color scheme and specifically this jersey gives major Coastal Carolina vibes. This graphic is from the official team account and they still used “FRE” instead of “SC”
