  2. Christ. Since when have the 49ers worn white jerseys at home? Answer: NEVER. Seriously even the most BASIC research would show that the game you are bleating about was played in ATLANTA GEORGIA at the GEORGIADOME which means it was NOT played at Candlestick Park in San Francisco. I mean how the fu ck could you miss that gargantuan RED and BLACK sign behind the 49ers which says HOME OF THE FALCONS!!!!!!!! Christ. For a bunch of people who throw collectives spazzes over the supposed slightest uni difference between two players on the same team, "O NOES!!!!! (Insert player) shoulder stripes aren't the same thickness as (insert player) THE WORLD IS RUINED FORVERZZZZZS!!!!!" you let this major fu ck up slide right on by. Really? Shame on y'all. I will miss you. Long after your swift and inevitable ban, legends will be told of your ability to fly off the handle at any perceived slight. Yours is a beautiful soul. Link to where I have flown off the handle at a slight. Let's see the evidence. Christ. Since when have the 49ers worn white jerseys at home? Answer: NEVER. Shame on y'all. what is your purpose here? I want to say you are a troll, but I also think you could just have anger issues and need :censored:ing professional helpGo pound sand. I am merely doing what everyone else here does which is to correct things that are wrong, but in my case I am correcting the error of some lazy idiot who can;t be bothered to do two minutes of research to get something write because that would take precious time away from their fapping to infant sniff porn. How dare you or ANYONE else here get on my ass about this, especially considering i have seen and read 20+ page long threads were you and your fellow losers have galaxy sized spazzout temper tantrums over the Steelers changing from block style uni numbers to Bears style uni numbers. You'd have thought Hitler had come back and was marching across America skewering Jews and blacks on a goddamn pol cue. It was 20+ pages of ZOMG!!!!!!! HTIS IS HTE END OF HTE FRANCHISE!!!!!! WE NEED TO START A PETITION TO HAVE THE COMMISSIONER TAKE CONTROL OF THE TEAM FROM THE ROONEYS!!!!!!!! WE NEED TO BOYCOTT EVERY NFL GAME UNTIL THINGS GO BACK TO WHAT WE WANT BECAUSE WE ARE SpOILED BRAT ADULTS ACTING LIKE 7 YEAR OLDS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! And the thing was, NONE of the actual players who played for the Steelers at that time gave a f-uck and they still don't give a f-uck.
  3. Not necessarily. A friend of a friend aced a 540 yard par five, but it was in winter with snow and ice so the ball hit and bounced and kept rolling into the cup. You'd need to have swirling type winds and occasional large mph gusts.
  4. Unless you were the late Kim Jong-Il As for golf, 2-under par on each hold is "perfect" since when on a Par-3, the best you can do is a hole-in-one. Bowling an 800 series is much more difficult than bowling a 300. And with the OP's tennis comparison would then make that a current baseball perfect game not one. It would be one would only throw 27 pitches and get 27 outs. No strike outs, no 0-1 popups, no 3-2 flyouts. Good point. So the perfect perfect game in baseball would have the pitcher only throwing 27 pitches. But which is more perfect, ground outs or fly outs? If it's fly outs. outs to the infield or the outfield?
  5. As we all know a perfect game in baseball occurs when the pitcher or combination of pitchers retires (gets out) 27 (or however many are necessary) batters consecutively without allowing a single one to reach base safely and wins the game. A perfect game in bowling means you score 300. But what about other sports? One thing I would include in the criteria is that it can't be a common weekly or monthly occurrence. That;s what makes the perfect game so special. I know that a fairly large number of 300 games are scored ever year in bowling in the amateur ranks, but what about on the professional level? Take tennis. I guess a perfect or match in tennis would mean winning 6-0 6-0 hitting aces every single time you serve and your opponent double faults every time they attempt to serve, or perhaps you hit winners straight off their serve every time, no rallies. Golf a hole in one on every hole. I think on the right course and under the right semi crazy weather conditions it could be done. But what would a perfect game for a batter in a baseball game be? Just getting a hit in every plate appearance isn't at all uncommon. Hitting for the cycle is close, but maybe a bit too common. How about hitting the natural cycle--single, double-triple-home run, but even that may not be uncommon enough. Natural cycle and the home run is a grand slam? Basketball. Making all of your shots and free throws, again not that uncommon. Double doubles aren't uncommon either. Triple doubles, well Oscar Robertson did it for an entire season. How about a sextuple double: double figures in points, offensive rebounds, defensive rebounds, assists, steals and blocks. Hockey. There's that thing get in a fight, score a goal, make an assist. Maybe a triple hat trick, 3 fights, 3 goals and 3 assists. Soccer. I have no goddamn clue or idea. Football. Maybe for a QB complete every pass and every pass is a touchdown. For a running back, every time you get the ball you score.
  6. Feelings are neither right or wrong. You can't argue over them. You can't shame them away. You can validate feelings.

  8. . While I agree on having a set schedule for jerseys for fans to know ahead of time what jersey to wear, Screw that noise. I'm gonna wear whatever goddamn jersey I feel like. You obviously agree with the ass-hole who owns the Diamondbacks who throws people out if they sit behind home plate without wearing Diamondbacks jerseys. You sound like the security ass-holes at Yankee stadium who had the fans who refused to stand when God Bless America was sung during the seventh inning of a game arrested a few years back. If I'm spending my own hard earned money on tickets I'm wearing whatever I godamned well please to a sporting event. Now of course I'm not wearing any shirts with racist/bigoted slogans or any of that type of nonesense
  9. That reminds me of the 1975 World Series and Fisk's "Miracle at Fenway".That's exactly what that first shot is -- Fisk's home run in Game 6 of the 1975 World Series. I had intended to get a shot of him waving his arms on the way to first base; but all of those shots were in black-and-white. This was the best colour shot of that event that I could find. No it isn't. The lighting is all wrong. Fisk's home run happened well after midnight when the stadium lights would be on and there is no reflection of said lights from Fisk's helmet, nor are there the proper shadows which would also be present is the shot was taken during that Game 6 at bat by Fisk. In fact this shot was clearly taken during the early innings of one of the games most likely game 7 which was played under cloudy skies.
  10. Betty: "Do you think I'm a good mother?"The world as one: "NO."

  11. Wow, you're really an idiot. Truly you have no idea what a press conference is. You actually think it's a place where you get actual real answers to questions that are asked. To believe that as you do is laughably moronic and stupid. Press conferences, ESPECIALLY press conferences involving sports are performance art. The reporters ask moronically inane questions like, "That play a minute and 45 seconds into the 2nd quarter that was the same play you made three weeks ago, were you thinking about what you did three weeks ago when you made that play today?" Or, "What does this loss/win mean for you in terms of what you need to focus on? And rather than staring at the reporter like they are a retard and snorting and dismissing them with a "Man, that's the dumbest question ever, I'm done with you fools," and walking off to get their dong sucked by a cheerleader in the owners box, the player if they have been reasonably coached by the media flunky gives the same tired bored lame fail played out cliche along the lines of, "We gots to play hard and work together." O NOES!!!! Sterling might not be forced to sell the team!!!!!!! SO UNFAIRSSSSSSSSZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZ!!!!!! Bring my fainting couch in I have the vapors!!!!!!!!! If Sterling is forced to sell the team, which by the way the league and commissioner have ZERO power ot make happen, Sterling gets to walk away with at least $450,000,000 in profit and go on about his merry bigoted racist way.
  12. So, you think that old people are G-R-O-S-S and STINKY and I-C-K-Y and there must be a Constitutional Amendment passed banning them from having sex after the age of 40 and not being allowed to look at anyone born a millisecond after they were. So Sterling is an old dude fu*cking and getting his dong sucked by some hot piece of ass. Good for him. I applaud him, sh*it i give him a standing ovation. Apparently if you were in charge old people, ie anyone over the age of 40 would be rounded up and locked away so the rest of the world doesn't have to look at the I-C-K-Y G-R-O-S-S ness. I went out and was banging a 17 year old when I was 30 and it was awesome. I guess according to you that makes me a child molester, right? But what I'm really curious about is why you are jumping all over Sterling for being a G-R-O-S-S Creepo for dating and banging hot young pieces of ass, yet you say NOTHING about Jerry Buss doing the EXACT SAME THING. Why is that, other than you are a gargantuan hypocrite? I'm also curious as to why it is G-R-O-S-S that Sterling had a wife and girlfriend yet you handwave away the fact that 95% of pro athletes cheat on their spouses/girlfriends. Why is that not G-R-O-S-S as well?
  13. RT @Canoe: Just when you thought Toronto politics couldn't get any more surreal... http://t.co/GcXN2Ic0Zs http://t.co/xgBA5irfxO

  14. Honestly, and I'm dead serious here - Sterling being forced to sell/give up the team would be even better than a championship to me. Not having to deal with this piece of anymore, not having to constantly worry when he'll run his mouth and ruin the team, finally rooting for a freaking NORMAL organization.... it would be like paradise compared to this. I'm curious as to what sanctions the NBA could do, in regards to the CBA. Could the NBA legally force the Clippers to forgo their 30th of league-generated revenue? Lose draft picks (which don't mean crap if you're not in the top 5 of a good draft class)? Make the Clippers play under a lower salary cap or stricter luxury tax? Restrict their ability to sign meaningful free agents? Pretty sure the NBA can't touch any Clippers-only income (ticket/concessions sales, local/regional TV, whatever they get for being a tenant at Staples Center, etc).... Don't see a suspension being all that much of a punishment. They can fine him, but that fine likely won't even be felt in comparison to what he makes per season. Taking emotion out of this (because if this is indeed Sterling, he should be held accountable in some manner), I'm not sure how harshly he should be punished. He didn't physically put anyone's health/life in danger. He hasn't complained about NBA personnel (as in criticizing the refs). He hasn't committed a crime. And he certainly didn't make these comments public on his own accord....someone recorded what Sterling viewed as a private conversation and made it become public knowledge. It's an off-the-record set of comments that I'm sure Sterling didn't want made known. It may not be the popular opinion, but we should let the legal process take its course (as in, first verifying that this is Sterling, then if he should seek any charges for this taped conversation) before the NBA makes a decision. And as weird as it sounds....should Sterling win any sort of court case involving this taped conversation, it'd be kind of wrong to place disciplinary action on a person that was the victim of a crime, even when they're at this high a magnitude of race intolerance. You do realize that if Sterling sells the team he wins, right? There is no way the league can force him to sell the time for below market value. And the league can't force him to donate the profit he would make off the sale, which is in the neighborhood of $450,000,000 to charity. He gets to keep ALL of it and walk away smiling and being a racist and you can't do dick. And y'know what? I hope that's exactly what happens, that the league tries to make him sell the team and he sues and eventually does sell and walks away with a profit of half a billion dollars. Because the league has known he's a bigot for 30 years and done NOTHING. And so now you're gonna try and stir up some faux outrage? FU*CK. THAT.
  15. [mod deleted] You actually in your heart of hearts believe that NONE of the owners or league officials or coaches or players knew ANYTHING about the fact that Sterling has been making bigoted and racist comments for the past 30 YEARS. Not 30 HOURS. Not 30 DAYS. 30 YEARS. EVERYONE in the league has known about this for decades, especially the commissioners and players. So why aren't you getting on Doc Rivers for being a *bag and handwaving away Sterlings racism because he's willing to pay Doc $8,000,000 a year or whatever. Same thing goes for Chris Paul and the $12,000,000 or whatever a year that he is getting. Those are the very definitions of being a 'Yassa boss step'n'fetchit' negro. And Lebron is an even bigger douche farting out some meaningless bullsh*it that his publicist wrote about outraged he is. Really, so what about boycotting the playoffs? "Well, you know, I mean it's the playoffs and I have to support my team, so." F*UCK THAT NOISE. If you truly were outraged by what Sterling is alleged to have said, you'd say "Fuc*k the playoffs, I'm out." You don;t think the rest of the heat wouldn't follow you? Seriously?
