Not sure if Oregon has done this in the past, but they have 3D logos on their batting helmets.

Based on some Oregon players using white game helmets for practice, it seems those will be part of whatever the Ducks wear for the Holiday Bowl.

Oregon going with the nightmare/eggshell/nightmare combo, last worn last year in the Pac-12 CG. This time they should be getting a win in them.

With the colorway of these, I think we've got a pretty good idea of what Oregon will be wearing this weekend at Cal.

Something that flew under the radar...
Here are images from Ohio State's first few games this year (not counting the black uniform game);
And here are a handful of images from Saturday's game against Iowa...
If you're like me, and totally obsessed with the socks worn with football uniforms (and baseball uniforms, too, but that's another story...) you noticed this right away. Looks pretty amazing, in my humble opinion.
The red socks/tights looks so much better than the white, which sort of just blend in with the gray pants. The red also provides a better color balance.

I know everyone loves Retro Benny, but I'm not a fan of when OSU puts it on their helmets.
Here's a look at the uniform combo, all black most likely as usual. I'm getting pretty bored with this set of OSU uniforms, can't wait until they get a set that they are willing to mix and match with more and hopefully ditch the cream.
It looks bad because they decided to go monochrome with it again. The full color version is the far superior version.

Can white uniforms be anything other than icy?
I guess they can also be creamy or off.

Some people are asking me on Twitter if these are an updated version for 2022 with darker shoulder accents; I can confirm that they’re the exact same as last year. The dark lighting in these pics doesn’t reflect off the silver as much, making the shoulder design appear darker.
I wasn't quite sure if they were since the lighting wasn't helping things stand out as much as last year's promos, which used a matching white speckled background when announcing them before the UCLA game.

My only dislike of the yellow helmets with black wings is that they don't really go with the apple green uniforms any more.

Unless they stealth edited it, there’s nothing about 1986 in that linked article.
It was edited since I last read it as it was right after the video/tweet.

UVa wore orange top & bottom in 2010 off the top of my head
Seems the Fansided article got it wrong since that's who said it.

Looks like Oregon will have new nightmare green jerseys this season.

Guess they're honoring the Cal Bears with the new uni.

The Pac-12 has had so much ineptitude at both the conference and individual school level that they almost deserve to be broken up since they had every chance to stop this and did absolutely nothing. I'm sad that over 100 years of history and tradition is over because of a few stupid people and decisions and absolute greed from the media companies and certain higher-ups in certain conferences and universities.

The new team name leaking due to their own incompetence and going with such awful uniforms is just so in character for a Dan Snyder-owned team.

Their apple green helmets have a gradient on the wings now.
On the nightmare green helmets, the wings disappear somewhat unless they're getting hit by the right lighting.
