  1. HELLO EVERYONE! This is part 3 of my ongoing Alternate Asian Leagues series which is concurrent with part 1 (Pro Liga India) and part 2 (Indian Pro Basketball). We finally aren't doing an Indian league, fully at least. You see, back in 2022 there was an announcement of a United International Baseball League. This eventually became Baseball United which is a baseball league trying to cover both the MENA and South Asian regions (so India is partially here). For those reading this, I would appreciate it if anyone would try and watch the exhibition games in November 2023 and the first season in 2024. But back to the concepts. I have taken over as the god of an alternate 2050 running these Asian leagues and thus I rebranded and expanded BASEBALL UNITED. The format of the league will be: 16 teams Divided into Middle East and South Asia divisions. Further divided into Arabian League, Gulf League, Indian League, and Subcontinental League. So 4 leagues of 4 teams. Also because I like the flags of NPB, I have made Flags along with the logos for the 4 leagues. And here are the variations of the main logo for each team and their color schemes. The previously announced teams of Dubai Wolves, Mumbai Cobras, Abu Dhabi Falcons and Karachi Monarchs will be in this, which you can recognise by color scheme. TEAMS: Middle East Division Gulf League: Abu Dhabi Falcons Dubai Wolves Doha Oryxes Manama Maniax Arabian League: Cairo Pharaohs Kuwait Blue Wave Jeddah Giants Riyadh Knights South Asia Division Indian League: Mumbai Cobras SubContinental League: Karachi Monarchs Colombo Maroons Dhaka Robins Lahore Lions
  2. Here is the first team, Ahmedabad Aces. The team on the Southern division, have 2 rivals from Gujarat. They were formed for the purpose of Ahmedabad's Olympic bid in 2036 but that fell apart. Ironically their only win came in 2036. Ignore logo design explanations on the side, I wrote them all while being half-asleep.
  3. HELLO EVERYONE! This is part 2 of my ongoing Alternate Asian Leagues series which I started with the Pro Liga India (which is still ongoing). The next sport I, as the god of this alternate 2050 timeline, am gonna do is Basketball. The current situation with Basketball in India is that in 2023, two top-level basketball leagues were launched, the Indian National Basketball League and the Elite Pro Basketball League. This is kind of situation is common in Indian sports (ex: Soccer-Football, Volleyball) in which a private company starts their own league and attracts the top players while the federation embargoes the league and their players in favour of their weaker league. So as god, I decided to merge the leagues and create INDIAN PRO BASKETBALL A whole new league with: 30 teams North and South divisions Academy and developmental league setups A women's league Direct entry into Asia's premier club competition and more that would take too long to say The logo consists of an italic IPB in the colors of the Indian tricolour with P being the central focus, as it resembles a hand holding a basketball, the basketball resembling the Ashoka Chakra. The 30 color variants are for each team with the Left hand side being the North Division and the Right Hand side being the South Division. Teams: South Division Ahmedabad Aces Bengaluru Beast Bengaluru Bots Chennai Bulls Goa Glorioso Hyderabad Hawks Hyderabad Nizams Mumbai Maestros Mumbai Magic North Division Bengal Baystars Bhopal Lakers Dehradun Devils Delhi Nationals Gurgaon Renegades Haryana Stags Jaipur Diamonds Kanpur Cagers Kashmir Knights Lucknow Nawabs NorthEast Rhinos
  4. Here's the second team. There could've been more teams I can make but I've been busy making more parts to this series which you might see today.
  5. Not sure I prefer the revamped white uniform either but I like the references to Zenkaiser
  6. Looks pretty good so far. The only criticism I'd have is that I wish the Away uniform for the Rangers looked something more like Zenkaiser's suit from Kikai Sentai Zenkaiger
  7. And finally, PL4 is done. Was feeling burnt out doing this along with my studies and also wanting to do other things but still happy with doing this project. Gonna pick this up back properly for PL3 after 3-4 months or so but do expect a graphic of all the home kits or the 49/50 season table in between. Sorry for any sloppiness when it comes to writing the histories, making kit/logo designs or how overtly colourful the graphics are, by the time I return I will at least slightly improve. Until, please do give feedback and comments as I do like seeing any kind of reply and every single one helps in making me better unless it is just purely for the sake of hate. A part of the burnout was how less comments there were after doing each one. https://twitter.com/AltAsia2050/status/1672673490829189120
  8. Second to Last. Surprised how this turned out considering I did it in about 30 minutes. https://twitter.com/AltAsia2050/status/1672666497146138631
  9. Final 3. I regret some of the decisions I made with this logo. https://twitter.com/AltAsia2050/status/1672654461133545472
  10. Counting down to the last four teams of this division before I take a break and then move on to the next one. https://twitter.com/AltAsia2050/status/1672654461133545472
  11. The home kit and third kit graphic are inspired by the lakes of Udaipur, the shapes are abstract versions of Pichola Lake, Fatehsagar and Swaroop Sagar, the patterns inside the shape don't have any meaning, I just wanted it to not look empty with a few border lines. https://twitter.com/AltAsia2050/status/1672251193559511041
  12. https://twitter.com/AltAsia2050/status/1671164586941353991
  13. https://twitter.com/AltAsia2050/status/1671108250576584704
  14. Might be doing more clubs today because apart from one or two teams, I don't have much interest in the remaining teams in this division. Will take a few months break after this league before starting Pro Liga 3. https://twitter.com/AltAsia2050/status/1671108250576584704
  15. Back to Goa, with a more prominent club. My arm hurts because of a background project. https://twitter.com/AltAsia2050/status/1670859732465369089
  16. Exams took alot of time. A bit longer History than usual. And some weird kits. https://twitter.com/AltAsia2050/status/1669781235361521680
  17. https://twitter.com/AltAsia2050/status/1666489028898611
  18. It turned out more Sweden-looking than expected. The intention was to have a resemblance to the Chennai Super Kings. The away is supposed to resemble the Chennai City kit they had when they won the I-League in Coimbatore. The third kit is inspired by the Adiyogi Shiva statue with the use of the moon (I thought using the statue outright could be offensive for Hindus). https://twitter.com/AltAsia2050/status/1665416247419215872
  19. Sorry for not posting anything I was sick here's NEROCA https://twitter.com/AltAsia2050/status/1663936586403434496
  20. Mohammedan up next, a very history-rich club that requires 2 history pages, decline being a bit of a theme recently. https://twitter.com/AltAsia2050/status/1660183302844858368
  21. Sorry for the wait, here's a new one. The third for this makes me wonder what I'll do for their rivals. Also, first tease for my next series after this one in the history section which you'll find here:
  22. Finally back. Sorry for the Celtic rip-off (even if intentional). It ended up looking more Christian than expected which is ironic considering where the team is based. The team identity is like this because I wanted to make a pun on 'Luck' in Lucknow as a team name. https://twitter.com/AltAsia2050/status/1656706016002687000
  23. 4 in a row before I take a small break, the third kit is based on the fact that Shillong is known as the 'Scotland of the East'. https://twitter.com/AltAsia2050/status/1653435150569713665
