Lee Noire
Maybe Watt deserves it. Maybe he doesn't. But it's a moot point. QBs are the only MVP winners.Didn't Peterson win it the year he almost broke Dickerson's record? Like 2-3 years ago? You're right. I forgot about him. But he had to nearly beat an all time record to win it.Yeah I mentioied that earlier in the thread. If you are a running back looking at MVP you need 2,000 plus yards, and 15-20 TDs minimum. Even then you still might get beat by Brady, Manning, Rodgers, or Romo. What? It's his year I tell ya! His year!!!
NJTank
If the Texans made the playoffs I could have made a case for J.J. Watt, because the Texans QB play was just awful.I think the last non QB or RB to win the MVP was LT in 1986 and before that it was a KICKER!!!! (Mark Mosley 1982) Can you even imagine a kicker being named MVP today. www.sportsecyclopedia.com For the best in sports history go to the Sports E-Cyclopedia at http://www.sportsecyclopedia.com
