Les D.
My question is back in the 70s and 80s the participating Final four team logos were always pained or maybe "stuck on" the team's benches or where players checked in at the scorers tables. The NCAA stopped the practice in 1987? Anyone know why? And does anyone know if they were actually painted on the courts? Would love to see someone build the old Final four courts from the 70s and 80s.
MJWalker45
IT was probably about that time that the NCAA started moving towards providing a specific court for each year. Those years prior required that the host teams marks be covered up and I'm sure the stickers helped since there wasn't much to cover up for most courts.
