It should be, but the CCSLC deleted the thread some time ago, which sucks.Anyway, I was just appointed as co-commisioner, and we're still taking applications. The draft will be held sometime in August or early September, and at least 3 spots remain.Here are the following openings:-Houston Aeros-Winnipeg Jets (my boss at work is taking over this team)-New England/Hartford Whalers (I understand someone owns them, not sure who.)-Chicago TBA (Choose you own name)Other cities/teams being considered:-Detroit Vipers or Gladiators-San Diego GullsYou can also place a team in another city not mentioned here.
