CONFIRMED: Cubs Names Back in '07

Now all the Cubs need to do is change the train wreck that is their road uniforms.  Perhaps to something like this...

What's wrong with these?

Yours are pretty nice, too.

1. Red bills

2. The city script doesn't look very Cub-like. Narrow and arched doesn't work.

3. Blue names/red numbers/white trim is kind of a mess.

Something like this would be ideal. Blue names and numbers/red trim to match with the home uniforms, a better Chicago script, and blue bills. Only problem is I made this like a year or so ago, so Maddux obviously wouldn't be there, but you get the picture.

I like both of those concepts. I was thinking a road alt (or road) with their actual "Chicago" wordmark and maybe that Nike C-Cub head would look good. I could be wrong... maybe I'll try to mock it up.

Also, the Tribune is running a poll on the nameless jerseys:

How'd you get back in? Seriously, though, I only voted once. And you'll be happy to know, T-dot, that "with names" was running away with it last time I checked. 60-40 or something like that.
