It's a bit sloppily thrown together, especially the black square on the second version. I'm also not a fan of the shoulders. The stars on the arms, judging by your preview, would have a SUPER TINY tip on the top of each star. And the wordmark at the bottom really needs to be cleaned up, or removed.
