It's called a Slashed O in English, because since we don't use it in our language, it doesn't have a name like it does in Norwegian or Danish.

It's also the Danish word for "island".

Like CC's motto for this place says: "Come to CCSLC, learn Danish one word at a time." :hockeysmiley:
