I don't feel the Titans numbers work all that well here, maybe something a bit more regal-looking would fit the bill. something about the fonts you used seems incongruent with what you were aiming for. I don't like how the red panel comes to an abruptly, just like on the current unis; something that has always bugged me. Try rounding it off. And like discrim said, the Titans font doesn't work, and the nameplate font doesn't either. Try something more block-like. Also, maybe white numbers? That might look better. Dribbble ...
