buildingmaint
While watching the Us Open yesterday ,the announcers made the comment that ,Tiger Woods father would try and distract his son inn his back swing. He would drop the golf bag , drop coins etc any thing to try and distract Tiger in the middle of his swing. The announcer also made the comment that " nothing can bother Tiger , he is just too focused." Did or did not Tiger Woods have a hissy fit about photographers clicking their cameras while he was swinging his club ? Oh how soon we forget . TFoA
This couldn't have gone in the US Open thread?

jkrdevil
They were referring to the Nike commercial that debuted during the US Open that featured a sound bite from an old Earl Woods interview about how he would try to knock Tiger off his game as a kid. In the commercial Earl Woods said that he wood drop his bag behind Tiger and that tiger would then stop is swing quickly regroup and then swing again driving it down the middle of the fairway. What the announcers were talking about was how Tiger doesn't let those little distractions stay in his mind. He may react but afterwards he forgets about it and stays focus.
