But also if you look at this wrong he looks like a cyclops. i know what your trying to do with the eye and it normally works. Maybe make that line going off to the right of the eye form a frowned eye line and stop it in the center of the forhead area. That may give us a better idea of the placement of the eye on the head. Are otter noses that far down on the snout area?
