The colors are Navy and Gold. The owner/GM is former Philadelphia Flyer Tim Kerr, thus the name. Jason Blakeney ? jblakeney@pnj.com ? June 3, 2009 "The Philadelphia Flyers' ownership have informed Kerr to make sure the logo is unique and doesn't resemble the NHL team's logo. Naturally, registered trademark and copyright laws apply.Kerr is turning to the Pensacola fans for help in the design."All these companies are calling me and asking to design the logo," Kerr said. "But I think it'd be fun to not only let the fans pick the logo but also let them design it."Fans have until June 15 to design a logo for the new Southern Professional Hockey League franchise.
