Before and After Trivia

Just threw this idea out... I've got ten "before and after" pairs.

All you have to do is name the coach who was immediately BEFORE the first coach in a pairing, and immediately AFTER the second coach. All jobs are NFL or AFL head coaching jobs, and coaches who are strictly "interim" do not count in the list.
