Funkatron101
I recently made a website for a friend of mine's comic, and we've explored the possibility of using basic animations to "liven" up the pages. I love creating these, but I am on the fence as to whether or not we should proceed with converting the comic to this style.http://www.zedreckoning.com/reel-6-animated/Is it a neat feature, a gimmick, a distraction? Let me know your thoughts.
goforbroke
neat feature ,, just dont overdo it. I like the thought/speech bubbles coming up in order and a little movement is ok.i like it nice job.
Funkatron101
This was the first test I did. I purposely slowed it down. Trying to find a happy medium in speed so the viewer doesn't get overwhelmed.http://www.zedreckoning.com/test/
goforbroke
i think thats pefect. One thing that always annoys me about comics is its impossible not to glance ahead. I like how you have the panels coming in in sequence so you can read one at a time. Like I said though just don't over do it. I think what you did is perfect.
