sportsherald Posted December 19, 2014 Share Posted December 19, 2014 As PackerFan says, it's supposed to be rough, as an arrowhead made by chipping flakes off of one stone with another, by hand. Turning it into a directional sign does not make it better. Sadly, there have been other attempts to do this.
