  1. KC Chiefs- I was a rebelling 4 year old in Colorado with everyone rooting against the red team. So naturally with red being my favorite color. 13 years later, well, I've been called Kansas City in school.

Colorado Rockies- fought it for so many years until 2007, before the streak, I got to go down on the field and meet Todd Helton. He's an awesome guy, one of my favorite athletes through that I was stuck. Rocktober made me a lifelong fan.

Oakland A's- love the history, Philly, KC, Oakland, Connie Mack, white elephants story. Love the jerseys, logos and color scheme (for a baseball team) Because of this the a's have become my casual check the scores, watch the highlights AL team.

SJ Sharks- was always an Avs fan by default, lockout came and I decided to start fresh and get into hockey. As a 5th grader a sharks my favorite animal, and it's stuck. Avs are my number 2.

Nuggets- by default now I really follow them.

If I had a soccer team I'd choose FC Barcelona, I have a jersey and that's as good a reason as any.

  2. I don't see how you don't see an issue with IP theft, loogodude. You're cheating people out of literally millions of dollars - how the hell can you compare that to speeding? You wouldn't sit there and say what Bernie Madoff did was just as bad as going 7 mph over the speed limit, would you...?

The same way you don't see an issue with speeding. You're cheating thousands of people per year out of their lives - how the hell can you compare that to stealing money? You wouldn't sit there and say that killing someone was just as bad as stealing $50, would you ... ?

Nobody is saying it's okay to speed, you ARE saying it's okay to buy counterfeit merchandise.

  3. Nobody cares that you buy fakes and we certainly can't stop you. All we are saying is that it IS illegal to make and sell fakes, the makers of the fakes are stealing an identity and passing their product of as the real thing. By supporting people who do this you are also breaking a law. Think of it this way, if someone stole your identity and started to buy a bunch of people things with your money, it is only hurting you like the fake makers are only hurting the NFL, we can all agree stealing an ID of any kind is illegal. Here's the part we are arguing about, is it illegal for me to take the things that the thief is purchasing me with your money, YES because I am getting things from him that aren't his to give, I'd be a fool not to take what he is giving me right? (this is your view on it) or I could say, you know what I'll pass, I'm going to buy stuff on my own. (our view)

So can you agree that what you are doing is wrong?

Your right, you will probably never get in trouble for buying fake jerseys, but it is still wrong and you are still breaking the law whether you get in trouble for it or not.

  4. I do not sell the jerseys, I give them to my friends. If I were to be arrested I would claim I have no idea and there would be no proof otherwise except for this site. I used a burner email account and will delete all evidence once I am done. There is also the fact that no one cares except for you guys.

There's only 8000 people in your town of Doylestown, Pennsylvania -- i'm sure not many of them sell counterfeit jerseys with a lawyer father.

Wow this may have finally shut him up, thank you Chris.

  5. Yeah, because it's SO possible for third-world children to do that without an education.

    Once again not my probem.

Especially when they're being forced against their will to work.

That sounds like a problem with their government, being an American citizen there is little I can do to prevent that.

I cannot solve the worlds problems but I can save a cool $250 on an almost identical authentic.

Except most counterfeits aren't even close to identical. Furthermore, you can't solve the world's problems by yourself, but you could stop contributing to human rights issues in third-world countries by not buying counterfeits.

You should write to the NFL and inform them that their ridiculous mark up is causing all these problems to these poor countries.

I do believe you reserved your spot in Hell for that post. I hope you remember that when you fall on hard times and no one has compassion for you. This stuff always comes around full circle.

And if you are just a troll getting your jollies on, at least masturbate to porn instead of a sports logo community you sick :censored:.

Thanks for passing judgement on my eternal soul.

Why argue with this troll and loogodude, they are seriously challenged individuals who obviously have no problem getting laughed at on a daily basis.

I have a fake that I didn't know was a fake at the time and the p.o.s. has completely fallen apart, it really isn't worth the money.

Lastly, my mom laughs at fakes when she sees them, my gf laughs at fakes, not only sports logo nuts and jersey collectors notice how foolish you guys look.

I liken you guys to the guy with the crappy car who thinks it is nice, everyone is looking at you guys because you look stupid but in your heads everyone thinks you look kewl.

None of mine are falling apart and I have had one of them for 7 years. I go to several sporting events a year and never had someone say a word. It looks you community is either a very small minority or too scared to confront someone who offends you, most likely both.

Your :censored:ty jersey doesn't offend me, so I won't say anything to you if I see you in it.

I can't speak on the quality of woot of jerseys but please for the sake of argument, buy an MLB majestic authentic and a fake MLB jersey. If you can act like the quality of your fake is anywhere even close to the quality of an authentic then you are a better actor than most.

  7. I have 2 fake jerseys and at the time of purchase i just believed i was getting a good deal. (one is falling apart and one is pretty good quality.) Now that I know jerseys and can see fake from real I won't be buying any more fakes. I can now see that a small store in the mall is clearly selling fakes (so bad my mom laughs at them :D) but my point is that i am not going to buy these jerseys but i would also never turn him in it is not my problem and he probably thinks that the jerseys are real.

I also see the other side of the argument too, how is it that the NFL thinks it is ok to sell jerseys that are nothing like the on-field jerseys for $250, but majestic authentics which are made in america are nearly the exact same as the on-field/game used jerseys for far less. My solution to this problem is support majestic, the MLB, and all the good American people who make MLB authentics.

This is just my opinion but why help the No Fun League when their product is made in asia and is a piece of $hit.

  8. Well go to a vikings game and you will see 10X as many vikings knockoffs. Although you are correct that many more people wear NFL jerseys, Think about the price difference, if you can get an authentic mlb jersey for $125 or pay $25 for a knockoff the common fan will be more likely to spend the extra $100 then spend an extra $225 on an authentic NFL jersey. So although the number of consumers is less then NFL and offers less of an incentive you also have to believe that price point is a large reason for less MLB knockoffs.
