I don't know why it will be on FOX again after they just hosted it last year. I would've expected next year to be NBC, but I guess they've been tweaking the network rotation.

NBC traded with CBS in 2022 so that there wouldn’t be a Super Bowl competing with the Winter Olympics.

Plus, the new rotation contract goes in effect this year with CBS starting off the rotation.

This mag was my thing as a pre-teen! Before the world was saturated with the internet and sports 24/7, there was this hitting my mailbox once a month.

My childhood bedroom was absolutely covered with their posters, and their cards were the start of my trading card collection. Good times.

Brock Purdy's little brother Chubba transfers from Nebraska to San Jose State. Spartans have had more recent success in a lesser conference and he gets to be near his brother.

I think that’s about the right level for him.

All the tools of a decent QB are certainly there, but he had one absurdly costly turnover where he didn’t see something on the defense in each of the last three games.

A change of scenery and a full season with less pressure should help him a lot.

You'll also have the NBA, MLB and NHL asking "wait....what?"

The ratio on NFL vs. Everything Else on ESPN is the best it’s been in a few years, but still too heavy on the shield for my tastes.

I might have to check out of SportsCenter again if it flips back.

I'm not a football, but I think the Rams were in four-down territory back there.

Would have been a 62 yard field goal too. Not ideal, but you’re in a dome and Maher’s made from that distance before.

Add in blowing two timeouts on delays of game, and McVay got seriously outcoached tonight.

  6. Bama’s found their next man.

DeBoer’s won a lot everywhere he’s been, including an unreal 67-3 record at NAIA Sioux Falls.

I’m curious what the standard will be for him. How long will Bama be willing to wait for another title?

  7. Elsewhere, UCF took down #3 Kansas and Mississippi State took down #5 Tennessee!

If Xavier can come back on #4 UConn, the entire top five would have lost to an unranked team in two days.

EDIT: Xavier couldn’t do it, but still what a week

Would be nice to see your Huskers make noise in the NCAA Tourney.

Making noise would be incredible, but I just want to win a game! No longer being the only power conference team without a tournament win is all I need.

It’s gonna be so weird actually having expectations for this team to do things in March.

Washington is quietly the best team in the country right now

    Welp, close enough.

Mich deserved it. They know how turn football games into meat grinding contests.

Can’t wait for the inevitable vacation of the title and for Harbaugh to get out of my sport.

  11. Good riddance.

We drafted a skill position player in the top 10 for three straight years, splurged on the defense with the most cap space we’ve had in ages, played the easiest schedule in the league and still finished with the same record he had in year 1.

Btw those skill position top 10 picks had less than 10 touchdowns COMBINED this year. Gross mismanagement at every level.

  12. With the Falcons, it’s weird because my favorite home look is Red/Black/White/Black and my favorite road look is Black/White with Red Numbers/Gray/Red.

I’d love having different home and road helmets, but I don’t trust a modern NFL team to behave themselves with that.
