    Hmmm... Prototypes or not?

The Canucks one maybe... But the Red Wings jersey is just a concept...

Not to be rude to whoever made that, but no professional designer in their right mind would create breezers like that. Also that's the mothership template for every jersey on the site...

The Panthers' new logos and uniform set have grown on me. I now prefer them to the originals, especially the logo.

I don't think that the uniforms changed, (Other than the template cut)  just the logos did. Now I'm not 100% positive, but I don't see any changes in comparing the two...

This man right here is in the wrong everything. Wrong uniform, wrong sport, and plus wrong attitude. He is in the right place, but he is at the wrong sport.

Bud, regardless of what you believe, politics (and etc...) have no place in this forum...Or anywhere but the lone political thread...

The Atlanta Hawks' uniforms aren't even that bad. Yes, they have some questionably trendy colors going on there, but I think they go together quite nicely. My only complaint is that they didn't go all-out on their triangular pattern.

By the way, that "firebird" logo is cool.

I'm not really sure what makes a good basketball uniform, but I also like these. But I know enough about basketball to say that interchangeable pants is really amateur and makes it seem like it's a high school practice or something...

I'll admit, those are nice in a vacuum, and the biggest problem with them is that they're the Islanders' BFBS uniform.

I don't mind the whole BFBS, because of Brooklyn, but the execution is awful... The super thin stripes, the weird collar, and NO blue or orange other than the hanger effect.

Out of curiosity, what teams would you put above the Rangers, Canadiens, and Leafs?

Personally, I do think the Devils, Islanders, and Oilers can give Detroit a run for their money (I'd personally put the other O6 teams head-and-shoulders above everyone else). I'd take each of their home sweaters above the Red Wings' actually - I suppose that may be an unpopular opinion itself. Though I don't think any of them can match Detroit's superb white sweater, which is probably neck-and-neck with the Hawks for best road uniform in the NHL.

The Hawks don't have the best road jersey in the league...

    I'd say

    • Wings
    • Blues
    • Wild
    • Boston
    • Hawks

    Maybe the Rangers after that...

I just don't understand the business aspect of putting your triple-A farm team in the same arena as your flagship. You're expanding your fanbase by maybe a couple hundred. Most of your season ticket holders are probably going to be people who would rather save their money, compared to a Sharks or Jets season ticket.

San Jose, especially, baffles me. Worst case scenario, put your team somewhere else in the metro area, Oakland or San Fran. Putting your team in a nearby city will maximize the number of people you get watching. They were something like 23rd in attendance.

The Jets at least have the benefit of being a team that sells out their 15000 seats consistently. There's actually a demand for more hockey. I still think they'd be better off putting them in Saskatoon, Regina, or maybe even Fargo or Thunder Bay, but their attendance was 9th or 10th, if I remember correctly, they're at least having the arrangement work out.

I feel like North Dakota would be a great place for a Minor league Hockey team... And with no NCAA rules, they could theoretically bring back the Fighting Sioux...:P
