Didn't realize the 49ers were wearing the road throwbacks. This would've been such a good week for Seattle to do the same.
The Seahawks only wear their color rush uniforms during primetime home games and unfortunately this is their only primetime home game this season which by default made it the color rush game. At least next week they will wear the throwbacks in primetime against the cowboys on the road. The 49ers consistently wear their all white throwbacks/color rush regardless of the time of the game against the Seahawks so we should see the Seahawks in throwbacks vs the 49ers in throwbacks one of these years.

Seahawks in white/grey this week. Hopefully the Rams decide to wear their yellow pants this week but I’m not holding my breath since they have worn blue/bone for every home game against the Seahawks since this uniform debut.- 3

This is not nearly as bad as wearing white socks with the orange jerseys/white pants or with white jerseys/white pants combos. They also had the orange stripe on the socks last year while this year they have gone with solid navy or solid white socks except for the Super Bowl reunion game.

Anybody else notice Denver started wearing stupid combinations as soon as Russell Wilson got there
The white leggings did not start until this year when Sean Payton arrived. He also has a history with making the saints an all black and all white team under his tenure so he is to blame imo.

They started wearing it at home that year in 2021, and have been using it for 2 home games every season since then. Before that it was used for road games where the opponent wore white at home. I think it was used against the Panthers (2012, 2013) and Dolphins (2012, 2020) a couple times, at the Chargers (2014), and at Dallas for a playoff game (2018). It's my favorite combo from the current set, partially because of how rarely it was worn, so I'm definitely glad we're using it more. Bobby Wagner said it was his favorite combination as well in a press conference in 2019.
The difference is in prior years it was worn twice at the end of the season, compared to this year where they only wore all navy for 1 home game which was a bad loss before switching to navy/grey.

Seahawks in navy/grey for the second straight home game (not counting the throwbacks). Could these be the new default home uniforms?

Seahawks are in all white with white socks this week. Not a fan of this look in general but even worse using it against a non conference opponent. Navy socks look way better with the white jerseys and pants and are arguably their best away combo.

I prefer the grey jerseys being retired instead of the action green. The grey jerseys are always worn against the same team (cardinals) which made the novelty of it disappear. The grey pants are also still in use which can be worn with both navy and white jerseys while the action green pants are only worn with the action green jerseys. The action green color is also unique and is not used by any other team.

Seahawks going with navy/grey this week. Good to see the grey pants are still in the mix even though the grey jerseys have been retired for the time being. Surprised they are wearing this combo this early in the season as the past two years the navy/grey has only been worn at home for games at the end of the season.

Seahawks in their normal away uniforms with the bengals in black/white/orange. Should be a decent looking matchup

Seahawks re-uploaded the picture this time with navy socks which is a good sign- 8

Seahawks going with the all white unis this week which they seem to always do for monday night games. Hopefully they go with the navy socks instead of the white as shown in this photo but I’m not holding my breath.

Seahawks confirmed to be wearing white at home for the first time ever. I thought it was pretty cool that the Seahawks were the only team to never go wah but I guess the person who decides the uniforms doesn’t feel the same way as me

The Broncos are now experimenting with solid white socks? These teams just can’t control themselves.
Meanwhile, the Colts and Bills both go blue socks with their white jerseys and pants? Preseason is always full of whacky, misleading $hit like this. Most classic example is the Saints pretending to be a gold pants team year after year.
Broncos also wore solid navy socks last week instead of the normal navy socks with the orange stripe at the bottom. I blame Sean Payton for this as he also was the one who was overseeing the Saints in all white and all black

One of the most annoying trends is teams not painting the end zone all the way to the edges. Imo it’s pretty close to teams who wear all white for no reason.- 1

It says black at Seattle Week 3 and white at home for Monday night Week 2. I almost feel like these are flip-flopped and that was an error. Otherwise Seattle is likely wearing white at home for the first time ever.
The Seahawks are having their 10 year Super Bowl reunion against the Panthers so maybe they decided to wear the same uniform combo from the Super Bowl (white/navy) for this game. Hopefully it is just an error on the panthers end though because I think it’s cool that the Seahawks are the only team to never go WAH.

Teams are allowed to have up to 4 total jerseys so I don’t see a reason that the Eagles would get rid of their black jerseys like the Seahawks had to get rid of the grey jerseys for the throwbacks. I’m guessing they will wear the black unis for a home prime time game or against the giants.

Imma piggyback off this and use it for my predictions. I am aware it was unknown the grey jerseys would be retired when this was posted. Haven't heard anything definitive about the pants though.

I would be fine with KC wearing white pants if the Eagles decided to bring back the black socks for this game but I doubt that will happen. I hope the Chiefs decide that the yellow end zone is cursed after the last Super Bowl and decided to use red instead as that would contrast the Eagles green end zone better

Better than white at least. A bit strange how this combo is rarely worn during the regular season but has now been worn in the postseason twice since 2019.
Don’t know if this is an unpopular opinion but I prefer the Vikings in all purple compared to the purple jerseys with white pants and socks. Purple/white/purple is their best home look but for some reason the Vikings have insisted on wearing the same color pants and socks this season

Seahawks going with the full action green this week. Looks like we won’t be seeing the neon green/navy combo this year for the first time since 2018 and possibly might not ever see it again if the Seahawks decide to use throwbacks for 2 of the 3 alternate games from here on out.
