  1. Off to a great start with CSMRO!

The Griffin logo is sharp, but my favorite part of the crest is the inverted colors extending past the white shield shape. I don't think I've ever seen that before but it works surprisingly well.

The kit is also really well done, it has a nice classic feel with modern flair.

    Looking forward to this series!

  2. Virginia A&M University is a public land-grand research and agricultural University located in Richmond, VA. Virginia A&M is the largest, oldest, most academically and prestigious school in the Commonwealth of Virginia of which it is the Flagship University. The Foxhounds are an athletic juggernaut, having won NACAA titles in Football, Basketball, Lacrosse, and Soccer. The nickname "Foxhounds" pays tribute to the Virginia Foxhound, a hunting dog that originated in and has become the official state dog of Virginia. The Foxhounds are pretty unique in having a live Foxhound mascot named Droopy. The Dogs sport a Droopy secondary logo that rivals like to refer to as the "sad dog" to which VAMU fans reply "He's not sad, he's Droopy!" The Hounds are probably most well known for their iconic shiny bronze helmets, sported by the Football, Lacrosse, and Hockey teams.

Sorry for just kinda up and leaving this series for the last several months, I just lost some steam on the project along with being in my final year of school which has taken up most of my time. I'm not gonna guarantee that I will go back to consistently posting on this thread, but I'll try to do better than one post every 8-9 months lol.

Brilliant job on the Raccoons. I feel like I've seen that number font, but can't place it. For the primary logo, I think I like the negative space filled in with blue like in the script logo, but that's a very minor critique.

Thank you, I'm glad you like them! As for the font, it's a modified version of NBA Hawks Highlight Factory.

I'm into that shade of purple. I also dig the logos. I'm getting a Mississippi State baseball logo vibe from the primary logo. I find myself wishing the helmet had the MS logo on it so you could throw that magnolia logo on the sleeves.

Thank you, I'm glad you like them! I was definitely aware of the similarity to the Mississippi State baseball logo so I tried to add some extra detail to help it  be a little different.

Magnolia State primarily uses their MS monogram, but they do have a Magnolia Flower logo that they use in secondary applications. The Mags are an athletic powerhouse, boasting one of the most successful Football programs in all of the NACAA along with traditionally strong Baseball, Basketball, and Soccer programs. The Maggies are unique in Football in that they opt to wear their traditional all white set at home, a tradition that began back in the 50s due to the Mississippi heat at the beginning of the season and has led to the "Mississippi Whiteout" where fans dress in white from head to toe at all Mags sporting events. The rivalry between the MSU Maggies and Alabama Tech Hammers, known simply as the Border Battle, is considered by many in the south as the biggest rivalry in all the NACAA.

Incredible lion logo, the baseball uniforms look stellar as well. Blue pants might compliment the yellow football set better imo, but great work on these!

    Keep it up.

Thanks, I'm glad you like Kentucky Tech! As for the AM in the Lion logo, honestly that's just a happy coincidence if you saw that lol but now that you mention it I'm kicking myself for not thinking to do that.

Loving Kentucky Tech! The colors remind me of the Vancouver Grizzlies in a good way and I really love the T/horseshoe logo. Nice stuff as always!

Thanks! I was definitely inspired by the Grizzlies a bit, I was honestly more influenced by the Kelowna Rockets of the WHL once I decided that Kentucky Tech would lean into Bluegrass since the black and red compliment it really nicely IMO.

This is Section30's design series. Why is TheLogoFather72 establishing random deadline expectations instead of commenting on any design whatsoever? If you want to be their client then you should offer them money.

I love the name and the horseshoe alt is convincing at the power 5 level, but I think the colors all come off too drab when paired with black. They work very well with the white, though. Maybe, it's just the contrast in certain applications. The jockey inspired striping is unique and has purpose, which is crucial for any team trying to own a modern/off the wall uniform style. When there isn't purpose it just looks like a shot in the dark at trendy that usually misses very far wide. Solid identity! Keep it up. Can't wait to see your next one by this Saturday at 4PM Central.

I appreciate the feedback a lot. I was a little worried that the diamonds might be a bit too much but I think it could pass as something kinda like the argyle pattern UNC uses irl. I'll definitely agree that the pattern looks best on white, the all white looks are my personal favorites from this set.
