Well you did say you was the biggest opponent of just white on road... also I believe its an icy shade of white, not sure if there's a greenish white out there... i would of used that, at least it's not beige.

Realising that the white I wanted to convey was more beige than white... I ditched it and tried again on the ice white.

At a glance I am going to assume there are Green and Yellow Reasons.

((I wanted to bump this post by realising that at some point and mostly because of the UFL's Roughnecks are essentially the Gamblers adapting the Roughnecks brand but it got me to thinking that the USFL, XFL and the AAF might take some teams that were AFL and make them their own... plus Ohio is pretty much open so that might be the plan atm))

Plus there's a relocation or two possibly and I got a team in mind that might make the move.

Team #5... and I feel like this thread's been given the cold shoulder... ironic since this team is from Wisconsin.

GREEN BAY BLIZZARD

Since the Jets are ditching this horrible looking arena football looking circus show, the Blizzard rock it better because they use a good shade of green and I gave them an off white like ice color to go with the green.... well of course silver would of been included if Arena Football allow third looks but I don't think they do.

TULSA TYCOONS

Here we have an original concept based off someone else again but I figured let's take it a bit further... I would add a home kit, gold alternate pants and the kicker... a metallic looking tan helmet.

The set up is Tycoon Silver, Tycoon Navy and Tycoon Gold with Tan and a metallic White as support.

Now this is also a reference to the AAF wanting to expand into other heartland areas such as Oklahoma, Columbus and Portland... but I figure Tulsa is something overlooked so I went with that.

Plus you know someone would of made a Tycoons team.

So 2015 era colors with white facemask? Eh might as well take it as a win and move on.

Team 2 of DLC and i'm a big fan of this look.

SPOKANE SHOCK

The Shock are the punk rockers of the AFL.... people are going to complain about the backwards S but they'll kick your ass and tell you that it is an extreme boop snake with consumate V's.... no seriously they will kick your ass.

I'm going to assume that @BengalErnst would be ok with me carrying on with DLC for this thread... and I got impatient so we are going to do that now.

This team is currently in the IFL and is the only northeast team in said league and imo are targets for the AFL....

MASSACHUSETTS PIRATES

The Pirates have a gorgeous color scheme of Teal, Navy and White with Gold as decoration only... so I decide to update the helmet logo to the Piratehead, add in Navy alt pants and use a pirate number font.

The first team of the East and this works with the 4 New York/New Jersey teams, Defenders and Boston Celtics.

At least they can't be worse...

If Arena Football allowed third kits then they would have Black and Light Blue shoulders.

And now for the final team of this request thread of @BengalErnst... ((unless I get permission to do DLC because I kinda feel like making DLC))

And of course we finish up with the reigning XFL champs themselves... the best team in Dallas too.

DALLAS RENEGADES

The look, the logo, the presentation, the intimidation and the likeabilityness that is the Renegades.... Bobby Stoop's team became the first winners in 20 years for the XFL and whilst they weren't the perfect team that season... with DC Defenders being the overall best team, unfortunately history was written and stolen by the winners minus the guns firing into the air and running away on horseback because that would of been hilarious.

I wanted to use the 2020 logo and combine the black yolks and theming with the current logo which is why I went with this hybrid look of the two.... so you got your intimidation but also a bit of freshness and variety in a four color combination.

And with that the South is done and also the 48th team complete.... this Arena Football League is concluded.

47 and we are nearly done.

HOUSTON ROUGHNECKS

Ah yes the Roughnecks, I'm still in my don't give the :censored: about the NFL's opinion at this point... I decided to go full rouge by making a Oilers tribute.... simple as really, I wasn't a fan of the Texas Tech look nor the helmet which imo got wrong again.

The Patriots/Oilers visage from 2020 was perfect.... and if the NFL haven't had a hissy fit because of the Titans owner then the uniforms wouldn't need altering.

Then the USFL should sue Kraft.

This one is another update but also a revision for a previous team... so onto the 46th team.

PORTLAND BREAKERS

The last USFL team and I figured that I would bring back the Breakers but put them in Portland to complete the West and give them a rivalry with the Seattle Dragons as ya know regions and everything but I wanted to give the best helmets and uniforms an additional revamping by bringing in a proper silver blue that :censored:s on the Cowboys on any given opportunity... yes even Jerryworld can't find a proper silver yet the Breakers easily can.

And now for the revision.... I didn't like the Bandits helmet and now I've decided to update said helmet with the revived logo.

The final team in the North and what is considered the most important lynchpin for the Midwest section of said division.... and one of the XFL's most valuable properties.

ST LOUIS BATTLEHAWKS

It's time for the Battlehawks to make their appearance and whilst their first helmet is considered peak awesome, unfortunately for the less is more crowd which is Cheap ass Crock is apart of... the Battlehawks had silver helmets and their current design which the St Louis Arch plays a more vital role is considered universally well received.... well that and St Louis won their lawsuit against the NFL.

So I used previous royal blue as the base, current royal blue as the second option and reverted to a blue helmet but kept the off whites in the design.... white is a mere supporter here.

Time for the last AAF team.

SALT LAKE STALLIONS

The mormons of Salt Lake and in particular... this league's second stallions.... them and Birmingham gave the league a massive headache.

Let's continue on with another USFL staple in the North division and in my opinion the most colorful improving needed.

PHILADELPHIA STARS

The 22 USFL look was fine but I felt it needed a bit more alive... so I decided to bring back the orange with the red and the gold and figured I would use the lines in the logo to inspire the striping and the sleeves.

That's what the Stars need tbh.

NEW JERSEY GENERALS

The Generals of the USFL are the last team and I went with what I did for the USFL/NFL merger thread but I added navy pants for the alt.... now Memphis's Navy i literally threw out ot the league but I embraced the Generals navy because it is a part of their set.

..... Pittsburgh is burning in tire fires covered in heinz sauce tonight.

And now I will be posting the final AFL team for this thread....

and it's going to be conversational because this team ISN'T based on a team of the past... no this team is from a different sport altogether.

BOSTON CELTICS

The more I went with this idea, the more I started to liking the idea.... Boston and in general the New England area is a vital area to Arena Football, the Boston Garden in particular is a perfect sized arena for a team based on the idea.... and yes I do know there were previous teams from Mass... in particular Worcester but Northeast markets need to be interested and they will be paired up with the four New York teams and the DC team in their league.

Besides they are the only team in the league to get away with two different helmets AND have a set for both home and road... because Green and White are the best colors of the Celtics and Celtic fans would agree... then again it is a massive stab in the dark like I did the Carolina Hurricanes concept in the last thread.
