It's not bad, but I'd rather the Kraken adopt the Seahawks green rather than the Seahawks match the Kraken

Day 23 All-Star Game For this I took the color cues from the released all-star game logo and also used the star design in the striping. The main logo itself is in the ASG brand package. I thought that it was so unique and interesting that it had to be on the front of the jersey over the normal NHL crest

Day 22 Junior Team I chose the Maine Nordiques for the junior team design. I kept their colors, but also added in a darker blue for balance. I also minimized the use of the Fleur de Lis and changed up the striping; taking some inspiration from the Quebec Nordiques time in the WHA

Day 20 and 21 Day 20 was color rush so I took the Stars alternate uniform and inversed it. Can't get more color than that! Day 21 is NAtional Team so I took some inspiration from previous USA uniforms while adding a little personal flair

Day 18 and 19 Old Concept Redo and WHA Team For redoing an old concept I took this New York Islanders alternate jersey I did a few years ago and made it a bit more exciting. I ditched the traditional striping and made wavy striping the follows the wave in the lighthouse logo For a WHA Team I decided to go with the Philadelphia Blazers. I am currently reading Derek Sanderson's book and I recently read about his time in the WHA so I wanted to do the Blazers for this prompt. I kept the colors, but added a new logo and dropped the traditional striping for a flame pattern

Just realized I forgot to post yesterday so here are the 16th and 17th prompts Day 16 Least Favorite Team My least favorite team is the Tampa Bay Lightning. They are in desperate need of an redesign. So I kept the same overall design but used the Tampa Bay Rays color scheme. Day 17 Favortie Team My favorite team is of course the Florida Panthers and for them I took the Reverse Retro 2.0 and dialed it up to 11. The main color is now a bunt orange which replaces the teams traditional red. The light blue is now the secondary color. Yellow and dark blue stick around as tertiary colors. Also, note the panther claws on the gloves

Thanks. I do agree that brown as a main color was not a good look for the Bruins and I like the very dark brown that they have used in recent years in throwback uniforms, but it didn't work for this concept with black being a color as well so I stuck with the original shade. I also played around with each of the 3 colors being the main color and brown worked the best

Day 15 Identity Swap For this one I took my two favroite teams the Florida Panthers and the Boston Bruins and swapped them around. The overall design is the Panthers original design with Bruins colors. The logo Is in the vein of the leaping cat

Day 14 Fictional Team For fictional team I went with the Charlestown Chiefs from the movie Slapshot. I took the wordmark and put an arrowhead behind it. I also modernized the striping the and made it follow the shape of the arrowhead

Day 13 School Team For a school team I went with my Alma Marter University of North Carolina in Charlotte. Their current uniforms are lackluster to say the best and a lot of that comes down to the school switching to new logos for their sport teams. So I switched back to their previous logo, while still keeping the current logo fro the Captain C. My other issue with their uniforms is the prominent use of black when the schools colors are green and gold. So I kept black for the equipment while making green and gold the primary colors

Day 12 Chrome Dome When I heard the prompt for today I immediately thought of the Shredder from Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles. So I put together a Shredder uniform chrome helmet and all

Day 11 Defunt Team For a defunct team I went with the Kansas City Scouts. The colors are slightly modified as well as the jersey striping. The logo is now a horse head; still paying homage to the statue the original logo was based on

I would maybe try swapping the red and white (in at least the striping) with the white being the more prominant color it gives off Blackhawks vibes. I know they don't use that thrid jersey anymore, but it's the first thing I see when I look at this jersey

Day 10 Diagonal Wordmark In my opinion the Rangers are the only team that should have a diagonal wordmark. I also like the idea of their home jersey saying RANGERS and the away saying NEW YORK so I put together the away uniform. Not much of a change, but one I'd like to see

Day 9 Reverse Retro The Avalanche doing the Nordiques uniform for the first reverse retro went over really well. If the NHL ever did a similar program I'd love to see them do a swap of the Nords unused jersey

Day 8 Womens Team I went with the Conneticut Whale I kept their color scheme but replaced their logo with a modified Hartford logo. The negative space now makes a C. The jersey striping is now a swooping wave esque design.

Day 7 Today's theme is Stadium Series so I took the Edmonton Oilers Mcfarlane logo and made a diagonal split design

Day 6 ECHL As a Navy veteran who was stationed in Norfolk I had to go with the Norfolk Admirals. I took their uniform and made it more faithful to an actual admiral uniform with the colors and striping. The logo is a modified free logo I found with the Admirals wordmark from back when they were in the AHL

Thanks. I went with the grey shoulder numbers and name because on the original the numbers were lue to match the sleve striping while the back number was white, but I see what you mean with the contrast. I'd probably change it to white and match the back number

So I figured I'd also post my submissions for JerseyNerd's Conceptober. Here are all the submissions so far Day 1 Earned edition For the earned edition I went with the runner up Florida Panthers. I took their original design as an homage to the '96 Cup run and then used the current color palette. The logo is swaped out with a rat, for the teams victory celebration, with the motto time to hunt. The shoulder also features the tema anniversary logo. Day 2 City Edition This is technically a repost, but I loved this design so much. The Sens get a uniform that mimics a Canadian Mountie's uniform Day 3 AHL For AHL I went with the Charlotte Checkers. I like that the Checkers have their own identity, but I'd like to see an alternate that ties them to their NHL affiliate the Florida Panthers. So I took the overall design elements of the Panthers uniform, but swapped the Checkers colors in. The striping gets a striping pattern for the racing in Charlotte and as an homage to the Checekrs 90's uniforms. I also modified the Panthers sleve logo to better represent the Checekrs, with a polar bear replacing the panther and the NC flag replacing the FL flag. Day 4 Winter Classic The San Jose Sharks have never been in a Winter Classic so I took the California Seals old uniform and made it fits the Sharks branding. I'm not good and making logos from scratch, but I tried my best to take the Seals logo and make it look more like a shark Day 5 Heritage Classic I know the Heritage Classic is normally for Candian teams, but with multiple teams hitting their centenial ina couple years I figured we could give it a pass. I went with the Blackhawks in their original uniform and then the New York Rangers in a modified version of their original uniforms that features their sheild logo over a wordmark

THe pant stripe and sleve design is really cool

Miami Marlins X Pitbull This was probably an obvious one but I had to go with Ptbull for the Marlins. With their move into the heart fo Miami and baseball having a strong hispanic following the choice seemed obvious. So we get Pitbull's wordmark across the front as well as Mr. Worldwide on the back. The hat drops the Marlin and just features the M for Miami

Los Angeles Dodgers X Snoop Dogg I think people knew he was going to be one of the LA teams and while Snoop has been known to have a connetion with hockey I felt his branding worked well witht he Dodger uniform. So his wordmark is emblazoned on the front of the jersey with the back brandishing his Doggfather nickname. The sleeve keeps the Dodgers LA logo while the hat features a SD (Snoop Dogg not San Diego) monogram
