  1. Thank you for the feedback, everybody! I will make the changes that @TheGiantsFan suggested and add those in a future update. For now, I have 2 more kits for you! North Kildonan FC I dont have too much of an explanation for this one. NK is a pretty simple area, so I gave them a old style monogram logo and some simple kits. The sponsor is Miller's Meats, a local butcher shop. Elmwood Elms FC Elmwood's primary kit and logo are inspired by the Louise bridge. The away kit brings the monogram on its own, with a split design on the jersey itself. The sponsor is Universal, who have made multiple films in Winnipeg (Shoutout to Chucky!) Feedback is appreciated as always!
  2. You are an absolute genius! Ill have North Kildonan FC uploaded at some point today.
  3. Hello everyone! I'm kicking tires on a new project, similar to the California League and Oregon League projects weve seen here on the boards recently. I'm bringing the style up north, for the Manitoba League! This is more of a for-fun creative exercise for me to get better at logo creation, plus I really enjoy making soccer designs. I will be using Raysox's template for this. Sponsors will be picked from businesses in each area though there may be some exceptions! We'll be starting with a couple teams based in Winnipeg! Saint Boniface Reds The Reds (Also known as CF Rouges) are playing out of St. Boniface. Their logo features the Saint Boniface cathedral, with 4 stripes on the top corner to represent the 4 grey nuns who came to Manitoba and eventually formed St Boniface. Both kits also pay homage to this. Their sponsor is the Royal Canadian Mint. West End Nine The West End Nine are named for the 9 neighbourhoods that make up the west end. The logo uses a flower similar to that of the Westminster United Church, with 9 petals and a retro soccer ball in the middle. It also is a slight nod to the stained glass design of the church. Their primary kit reflects this, while their secondary is much simpler with a vertical gradient stripe. They are sponsored by Tim Hortons. Transcona United (The Omegas) The Omegas are based out of Transcona, and are named after one of the GOAT wrestlers, Kenny Omega (He grew up in the area) Their primary kit is a railroad themed kit, since the rail industry is HUGE in the Transcona neighbourhoods, and the alternate kit is themed after The Elite, even though Kenny has been "banned" from it right now... That's all ive got for you so far, but I will continue hammering away at this! Some of the next up communities I will be working on: Brandon Portage La Prairie The Exchange District North Kildonan C&C Very appreciated!
  4. Hello everyone! The Coyotes are expected to announce their relocation today or tomorrow. I thought that it would be a good idea to 'honour' them by showing all of the designs ive made for them through the years. They may be a train wreck of a franchise that stole hockey from my city in the 90s, but theyre so fun to design for and I hope their 2nd chance ends up working out. Without further ado: My first ever Yotes concept, designed in 2021. I believe this was my first design overall on this specific jersey template. Note the lines not curving and the poor layering on the arms! A RR2.0 Concept using their very generic reebok jersey template. Another "set concept" . Was almost onto something here, not too sure why i put a chest stripe on that white jersey though. Another RR2.0 prediction designed in collaboration with PuckEmpire. Yet another RR2.0 concept. This one has a bunch of eras in one. From my Nike NHL series. Home/Away/City Edition. This one might be my favourite out of all of them. From my Fanatics NHL series. These are all from an alternate universe series that is still WIP. Keep an eye out for it in the future. From my NHL ORIGINS series. This is the final Coyotes jersey ive designed to this date. As i said before. The Yotes are/were one of my favourite teams to ever design for and im hoping things work out in the future. Feedback appreciated as always, but I wont be making any adjustments as I dont have any of the original files to these anymore. Would still love to hear your thoughts, which is your favourite?
  5. I've been hammering out some Utah NHL concepts after the recent news about the Yotes. Here's what ive made: Utah Raptors The name for this one comes from the Utahraptor (How original by the way), which was a dinosaur which had its fossils discovered in the state. Utah Yetis The name for this one simply comes from the mountains found in Utah. Striping and shoulder logo are inspired by the flag of Utah, colours are made to feel cold/icy. Salt Lake Loons This one is sort of jokey sort of not, named after a fantasy hockey team in my league of the same name that kind of turned into a meme. I still feel like the name could work for a team in Utah though. Utah Grizzlies Most straightforward one yet - Bringing the ECHL branding to the big leagues. And thats all! I would like to note the Loons and Grizzlies concepts are a little older which is why the templates are different. Might add some more to this, might not. We'll see! Feedback is much appreciated as always! Let me know what you think!
  6. Hey all, I have a soft spot for baseball designs, so I went ahead and made a team for my podcast's fantasy league. I chose Reno, Nevada as the location, and went with Reno Jacks as the team name in reference to the large casino culture in the city. Here are the jerseys! Home Jersey Away Jersey Alt 1 Alt 2 Red and black were chosen as the colours to reference the traditional deck of playing cards. The number font is also inspired by playing cards. Alt 2 is inspired by Bicycle playing cards (Specifically the standard red box), I have always loved the font used on there so picked something similar. Feedback is appreciated as always!
  7. Toronto looks great. The maple leafs text on the pants is a unique idea that works surprisingly well! not sure how leafs fans would feel about white gloves, but i personally dig it. Nice work
  8. I love that youre using the puck logo on these jerseys. Nice touch These are all great designs! Love the addition of silver, and the emphasis on green is as nice change as well. Looking forward to seeing whats next!
  9. !!! Absolutely. Whalers are on deck, will be posted sometime this week.
  10. You definitely are not wrong and I had that feeling while making it. Probably shouldve gone with a red jersey instead. Well, today is the final day (unless anybody would like me to try a couple defunct teams?) and that means we have Winnipeg! Since the Jets are my favourite team and I am incredibly biased, I made 3 jersey options for them lol The idea behind this was to take the style of their away jerseys and combine it with their heritage set and colours. I also decided to use the 90s era Jets logo because people (including me) seem to adore it. Thank you to everyone who followed along with this series! Let me know if you would like to see some defunct teams. I am unsure what kind of series ill be doing next so I need a way to keep myself busy!
  11. Good morning everybody! Today I have Washington! The 2nd last team in this series.... This is the capitol building jersey, with a logo change and colour change. I also straightened the sleeve stripes. Honestly i feel like this is more of a good option for Team USA than Washington but i digress! Feedback is appreciated as always!
  12. Glad youre a fan!! I've been waiting for this template to drop for a while. It has quite the learning curve but im figuring it out slowly but surely!
  13. Pretty much! Thank you again for replying. Today I will be debuting a new addition to my template with Vegas! The idea of this jersey was to combine the simplicity of the winter classic jerseys with their home jerseys (though lets be real its just more of a home jersey redesign lol) Feedback is appreciated as always!
  14. I would say "Happy Monday" but lets be real, its just Monday. Today I have Vancouver and to say I chose a unique idea may be a small understatement.. This is definitely out there, I consider it a mix of their flying V jerseys in the style of their current away jerseys. Feedback is appreciated as always!!
  15. Thanks for the feedback! For Seattle, I intentionally reduced the striping a bit to better fit a modern day hockey jersey (that's kinda the basis of this whole series), and I honestly agree about the red. As for Tampa, you are not wrong at all. Im going to be remaking it in black for funzies, ill post it here after the series is complete. Today I have Toronto! This one is a mix of St. Pats and Arenas striping, though the Arenas inspiration is heavily simplified. Feedback is appreciated as always! Also, I will be debuting a new template starting from Vegas. I decided not to keep it consistent so I can get more practice with it. It'll have the current front/back template but also a new skater view of it.
  16. We continue down the road today with Tampa Bay! I always have fun designing for Tampa, their branding allows for some pretty cool concept options, but for this one I kept it pretty classic. This is essentially a combination of their inaugural jerseys and their current home/away. I used grey as the primary colour to try something new, though I originally did consider black. Feedback is appreciated as always! Thanks for reading.
  17. This is a sweet idea. Big fan of Hamhung's design. I also love how you took a nontraditional approach to a lot of these jerseys! They stand out but yet still works for a hockey design. Great job
  18. We're on the final stretch of the series now, but thankfully it is not over yet! Today we have Seattle! This one is inspired by the Mariners, or more specifically, the Seattle Pilots! I love the striping on those retro jerseys, so I brought it over for a triple blue jersey design. Feedback is appreciated as always, and thank you all for following.
  19. Oh you are definitely right lol. What a train wreck. I also probably would agree on the colours here, but the reason I avoided throwing back to basic SJS history was because ive seen that done before many times. Wanted to give it a new spin. Happy to hear you liked the Blues jersey. Thank you for the feedback!
  20. Hello & Apologies for vanishing for a couple days. Hit a bit of a creative block, but hammered out a couple concepts over the weekend. Today I have San Jose! This design goes back to the California Seals of 1967, taking the striping from their green jersey and using modern SJS colours, putting extra emphasis on orange, creating a look that San Jose has never gone for. Feedback is appreciated as always! Seattle will be next.
  21. Glad you like it! Today, we play Gloria for St. Louis! This is a combination of their Winter Classic colours, 90's jerseys, and navy alts. Feedback is appreciated! See you all tomorrow
  22. Definitely agree. Though it was fun to experiment like this! Today I have Pittsburgh, where I did something a little different... Yup. The striping from this one is inspired by the tried and true look of the Steelers, to continue the strong unity between sports in Pittsburgh. Feedback is appreciated as always!
  23. Good morning! Happy to see all of the feedback, and especially happy to see that you guys enjoyed Ottawa's jersey. It's definitely one of my favourite designs as of recent. Today I have Philly! For this one, I took the old Philadelphia Quakers jerseys (Though simplified) and gave them an inverse black/orange stadium series jersey, where I swapped black for white for a new look the Flyers have never used before. Feedback appreciated as always! Pittsburgh will be up next.
  24. Happy Friday everybody. Today I have Ottawa! Lets just get to it This one is largely inspired by the NHL100 / Heritage Classic jerseys and their current home/away set. I will forever believe that the Sens need to use gold in their actual jerseys so it has been added here. Feedback is appreciated, as always!
  25. That is a good point about the logo honestly. Looking back maybe the Lighthouse wouldve been a better move Today i've got the Rangers! This one takes the style of NYR's 1946 jersey, utilizing an arched wordmark instead of a diagonal one. I switched the text to read 'New York' instead of 'Rangers', because I am a firm believer that they should have at least an alternate jersey that has the city name on the front. The striping comes from their heritage alt from the 2010s but in current (or classic) Rangers colours. Feedback appreciated, as always!
