People complained about the mesh diaper tail on the prevoius Majestic authentic jerseys..... but they were there for a reason, like the mesh underarms and side panel! F fanatics..... but this is a Nike product..... THEY are the ones that changed the uniforms. Previous ones had the mesh underarms and behind, must have been a lot better for the players. They must have very sweaty and sticky asses now.... only God knows what will happen come July and August

I agree with Rubin that they just did what they were told.... but then he goes on to kiss Nike's ass and doubling down, and saying the uniforms are an improvement, and players will just have to get used to them! And that is where his (and his Company) true colors shine through.

Yes, that made me think of the people that make these jerseys..... most likely still the people in Easton, PA , the Majestic factory workers? i wonder what they think of these new jerseys they have to make...... these were not robots or Chinese slave workers, most of them were invested in what they were doing, they did a good job, only rarely would you get jerseys with errors. First they had to put the Nike logo on the front, now this inferior on field product. Would love to know what they think, and also see them make the new jerseys! -

mesh inserts on the sides and the tail in the back was to improve airflow, and the players have them tucked into the jersey, pretty sure it helped them not overheating their behinds. So this new jersey might look better in the back, but i am sure the previous one was better for the players.

First the Batterman logo on the back of the jerseys was embroidered and beautiful, and the player name had quality letters and the front script had the same kind of quality we see on new era caps. then came the first step backwards: batterman logo was now shiny plastic, and the player name and front script went to kiss cut style, no more layered twill...... but the price remained the same, sky high. Okay, then here come these monstrosities, flat boring plastic batterman logo, even lower quality twill scrips, and the team logos on the sleeve (the front on the Blue Jays) are now flat as a pancake.... and you also put the batterman logo under the neckline/piping on the jersey.. + the price is now insane. just an unbelievable degrade over the past 8-9 years!

They were not too big. they were easier to read. And for $400+ the paying fans want something that feels like quality, not a bootleg jersey.

Awesome, no (sane) fans will buy them, and teams are pissed as well. Looks like you CAN push people too far. And be too greedy. FU Nike!
