the_cynic
Tell me something, when players and their agents negotiate contracts with teams, do they decide when a player can become a restricted free agent? Does a player have to be a restricted before they can become an unrestricted. How does this get decided? NJTank
It bascially is decided by how long the player has been in the league. www.sportsecyclopedia.com For the best in sports history go to the Sports E-Cyclopedia at http://www.sportsecyclopedia.com

Fusebazell
I believe it is in the players contract not how long they have been in the league.
