WJMorris3
Among the NCAA Division I-A teams who rank in the Top 20 in all-time wins, who is the only one who is not currently a BCS team?
pcgd
This is kinda a trick isn't it? Norte Dame isn't in a BCS conference, or any conference for that matter. I've got to go with them. NOTRE DAME!
WJMorris3
Notre Dame must be considered a BCS team. Hell, the BCS rules from the beginning included provisions for Notre Dame.

amare32
I guess 1 win in 2 years will get you knocked outta the Top 20 -- by Miami (OH).
WJMorris3
Miami of Ohio, is right. At 624 wins, they are at the top of the list for non-BCS schools.
pcgd
Notre Dame must be considered a BCS team. Hell, the BCS rules from the beginning included provisions for Notre Dame. damn. I need to be more up on my BCS rules. I knew they wouldn't be excluded, just didn't think they were neccesarily INCLUDED. My next guess was Army, then Navy, then Yale or something. And finally...Mount Union.
