LMU
So, as of today, the Angels and the Rangers are tied, 2 games behind the A's. Any predictions on how this is going to finish? My (slightly biased) vote in for the Angels to take it. I think Kennedy's injury was a blessing in disguise, since this will allow Dallas McPherson to play at 3rd, bringing his bat to the lineup, and he hasn't disappointed. Also, Vlad has been consistent, plus everyone else is destined to break out of that slump, which, when combined with the fact that starting pitching (minus Colon last night) is pitching great right now, coupled with Oakland being swept. And, let's not forget that Texas is playing Seattle, who's on a hot streak and is playing spoilers. I just think that the Angels have the best shot right now. NJTank
The Rangers sit in great position they face teh Mariners while the A's and Angels beat up on each other they could swing by both if things break right. www.sportsecyclopedia.com For the best in sports history go to the Sports E-Cyclopedia at http://www.sportsecyclopedia.com
CaolinaJoe
Think it will end up Texas, Oakland, Anaheim.Texas has 7 at home and 3 on the road. 6 against Seattle(3H, 3A), 4 against Anaheim at home.Oakland has 7H, 3A. 6 against Anaheim(3H/3A), 4 against Seattle at home.Anaheim is all uphill 3H, 7A. 6 against Oakland(3H, 3A) 4 against Texas on the road.Seattle will definitely have the largest roll in determining who wins. LMU
The Angels have officially clinched the division. I think people forgot that the Halos had the best road record in the AL.
